Lag-Bolt is a thief in the Capital Wasteland in Fallout 3.

Lag-Bolt was waiting for his girlfriend to give her a gift he received from his brother Lug-Nut, but she was killed in a subway tunnel.[1][2]

- Lag-Bolt has good armor and unusually high health for a human non-player character. His stats are comparable to those of an Enclave Hellfire Trooper.
- He will not spawn until you listen to the note left by his girlfriend, Sorry, My Darling.
