Hoover is a Personal Automated Lackey owned by Stiggs, an Enclave engineer who works at the mobile base crawler. Stiggs purchased the robot from a wandering trader named Tinker Joe. He can be identified from other Mister Gutsy robots by his distinctive silver and black paint job and dark red eye sensors. He is one of two robots owned by Stiggs, the other being Sparky.
