Albert's strength lies in his ability to communicate. He's a good negotiator, and people often believe what he says, no matter how outrageous it might be. In an earlier age, he would have been either a con artist or a lawyer.Fallout Official Survival Guide p.14

Albert Cole (VID 208-206-49-227)[1] is an inhabitant of Vault 13 and a potential pregenerated player character in Fallout.

Background[edit]

Cole, along with Natalia Dubrovhsky and Max Stone, is one of the three pre-made player characters available during character creation at the beginning of Fallout. Described as charismatic, Albert heads a small, vocal minority of Vault 13's population that are considering life on the outside world.[1][Pub 1] Albert is an effective negotiator and is able to communicate efficiently between different parties, having the ability to persuade others to adhere to his ideas.[1][Pub 1] His professed occupation is close to that of a lawyer.[1][Pub 1]
