SPN 302 HR picspam

I am making headway on catching up on comments to the visibility post! Really!

But that can only happen when I'm online, whereas this can happen offline...for the most part, which means I'm just making it in under the wire on getting this one up, but here it is. Once again, caps from [livejournal.com profile] oxoniensis, futzed with by me. Although if there were an HR file that wasn't an .mkv, I'd have grabbed a couple caps of my own, this time. Gnargh, technology.

Methinks Dean is getting soft in his old age. Giving Sam forewarning that he's coming, what is that?

Only one episode later, and Sam, besides the ignoring of the real wish, which okay, free pass on that, because Dean can be pissed as he wants, but he's got no room to talk, there...um, sorry, sidetracked, but anyway. Sam has already figured out how to strike a good balance between still indulging Dean's dying wishes, no matter how many of them there are, and giving Dean crap for them. Yay, Sam!

I'm sorry, that's just too cute a face to not include.

::snickers::

This is where Sera Gamble's episodes drive me nuts: the overly blunt take on elements of the story that do not need to be that painfully clunky. Don't get me wrong! I love Dean with kids! But why in hell was Ben anything like Dean? Show me the logic, here, if you can. Anyhoo, Dean's reaction to Ben kept my eyes from getting dizzy whenever the rolling started.

Oh, do they know their audience.

The angle. Yes, that's why this is here. new season; new excuse. what?

Who knew former yoga instructors made that much? Because, wow, nice house. But that's not why this cap makes the cut. It's for the lean, and for how jarring it is to have Dean surrounded by bright, primary colors.

I still had her filed under "OMGANNOYING" in this scene, but this bit made me think that okay, she's not all bad. It's the joy; I can't hold out against catchup-squirting joy.

And suspicious!Sam FTW. Because dude, takes quite a bit to make that pink and that red go together.

I just like the composition. Also, how terrified she is that she wasn't wrong about this not being her child.

Yes, sorry, I'm laughing AT him.

My heart may have black sections, but the one that governs stuff like this didn't have a chance.

It was [livejournal.com profile] barkley, I think, who pointed out how this plays on the horrific memories that at least some of us must have of Susan Smith and her children. Following on the last scene, of Lisa so protective of Ben and Dean's choice to bond, oh man, this is just an awful thing.

More fun with camera angles.

Because.

No good shots of the fight, but I'll forgive that for the love of these two working together for a kill.

How glad am I they didn't go the route of Dean knowing he's got a kid out there? THIS GLAD. (Yes, I used big font. Deal.)

That said, oh, my heart.

First, can we marvel at the room. I do love this set crew. But I've actually included this because of the wonder that is frustrated, freaked-out Sam.

And since the CW logo completely fucked the shot I wanted of Sam yelling at her, I'm going with the demon (OMG SHE'S A DEMON, COOOOOOL) laying that card on the table that Sam's not capable of not picking up: saving Dean. Woohoo, this is gonna get good.

You have pic spammed all my opinions on this episode. Danke! And oh Supernatural, you're just so PRETTY!

*pats Sammy*

I was mostly annoyed by the Ben parts of the episode, but I did feel for Dean at the end. He really is tired of hunting, isn't he. *is sad for him*

And there is no way Dean doesn't know that Sam is still working on a way to save him. ("Ordering a pizza?" Come on, Sam! Seriously?) I was thinking that Dean let Sam know that he was coming because he knew Sam was still researching on the sly, and he didn't want to deal with it, right then.

I love your picspams! I hope you have time to keep them going. :)
