Dear Terri:

Just as an FYI, those journal posts of mine have been locked for ages now--I shut it all down when we went into journal silence mode, over a year ago. Perhaps you should have actually visited the posts, rather than copying and pasting the links from your "DDFH: SVU" file.

A couple other things I'll address, because the entertainment value wears thin, and I want to be clear on these points:

I'm not sure if you people are truly this dense or just being willfully ignorant about how those virus programs work, but either way I think it's time to give up this little lie. The emails go out with "To" and "From" addys the virus pulls from the address book on an infected computer. I've received them from many people I know or know of in fandom, and they weren't sent by the people themselves.

You know what I have in my inbox, Terri? A copy of a virus email that was sent to someone from *your* yahoo address. Does that mean you sent someone a virus on purpose? Should I alert people that you're sending a virus around to people you don't like?

Because you know I have no qualms about telling people things I think they need to know. ;)

I've clarified this twice already, but it shouldn't surprise me that you're still implying that we got you guys booted. We had nothing to do with you losing your site. Nothing. I happen to know why you lost your home on the door.nu domain, as I explained to Autumn here. That's the extent of it.

Here's a newsflash, Terri: not every bad thing that happens to you is our fault.

I suppose it's too late, though. I suppose the end of the Dolphin Haven has already been recorded in The Big Book of Wrongs Committed Against DDFH by WRBeta, and will forever be passed down through the ages.

Whether or not Gina works for Fox and whether or not Karen is connected to Fox and/or Bad Hat Harry seems to be another big bone of contention.
That is not the bone of contention. The bone of contention is that Gina and Karen claim that Fox will take legal action against other parties on their behalf. Which Fox denies. And Fox, in the course of denying those claims, insisted that Gina and Karen had no connection to them.

I'm not surprised, though, that you have attempted to shift the focus to something you are more readily able to "prove." We were fully expecting this. Carry on, for it is amusing.

As you can probably tell, I’m getting a little fed up with all the hijincks, and I think it’s no fun for any of us anymore. So, quit it. Knock it off.
The funny thing is, I've said this several times already myself. I said it after I took down the Gina fanart thing, and a few days later I got the Debra Meringa email. I said it after I posted the Fox threat notice, and now here you are. Oh, and over in my journal is Taryn.

I keep calling a cease-fire, you keep on firing away.

Here's what I think. I think you don't want it to truly end. You simply want to be able to do and say whatever you want to us, and you want us to never respond, or tell anyone what you're doing. Um, sorry, no.

I suspect that you came over here and posted this mostly for the benefit of thl and Jennie and jj, thinking that you were going to expose all the terrible things we've done to you, and make them feel foolish for believing whatever lies I must have told them that made them sever their ties with the DDFH list. Tell you what, I'll help you out. I'll link to it in my own journal, which gets several hundred hits a day (and only ten or fifteen of them are Jonas *smiles*). Really help you spread the word. I have no fear of this.

And you know why? Because they know most of this already. And they also know that everything you've accused us of doing ie sock puppets and such, you've done yourself [ETA: Clarification for the willfully pedantic in the audience: "you" and "yourself" in this sentence meaning DDFH, not Terri personally]. Does the word "chenu" mean anything to you?

I've told them a lot of things, good and bad. When they've asked me questions, I've given them honest answers, whether it was flattering for WRBeta or not. They got the truth, either way. (And the ones who have been watching this unfold for months now are well aware of just how ridiculous some of the claims you make in this post truly are.)

And that's probably what's going to come as the biggest shock to you guys. That I didn't lie to them, or paint some rosy picture, or pretend to be completely innocent in all this--I told them the truth and let them make up their own minds, instead of hiding the more unflattering aspects from them and hoping they wouldn't ever find out, or denying they ever happened. I didn't tell them blown-up stories about how evil everyone else is, or heap them with insincere praise in hopes they'd chose WRBeta over DDFH.

I've done nothing but be myself with these people, with all my good points and bad, and those who have been privy to my locked journal entries (and, no, not about DDFH--I do have other things I talk about in my journal) have certainly seen my bad points.

I treated them like adults, and like people--not pawns in some crappy fandom war in which all that matters to me is feeling like I've won.

That's the difference between you and me. It will matter to some people in the fandom more than others, both now and in the future. It obviously matters to thl and Jennie and jj.

That's all I have to say, so for the third time now I will say I want this to end. You guys can't seem to control yourselves for more than a week before you start coming around and poking at us, but there's always hope.

Gina's down in my comments bragging about how she's disabled right-clicking on her site.

Because God knows she wouldn't want anyone else to steal the stuff she stole from other people. *snerk*

Just thought I'd mention it, in case anyone has anything they want to tell her crazy ass.

Now my stalker, Gina is stealing my LJ icons and using them on other posting boards.

Edit 09/11/2005: This post orginally contained Gina's last name. On September 9th, 2005, Gina began posting a slew of tirades about me in her LiveJournal in which she posted my full, real name. I contacted LJ Abuse about it, as this is considered an invasion of privacy. As predicted, Gina then filed an LJ Abuse complaint against me for using her full name in my entries--even though she's used it all over the internet for years, and everyone is fully aware of what this nutjob's full name is. But then again, there's little else to be expected from someone who has so obviously longed to *be me* for all these years, and has always mimicked me at every turn. I'll take down her name, but she will always remain my sad little troll who will never be as well-liked and respected as I am. So sad, so unoriginal, so pathetic. *pets nasty little Gina*
