Lantern connects members with high-quality surgical providers, offers one-on-one guidance, and helps coordinate your care from start to finish. Lantern is an additional benefit available to eligible Curative members and does not replace or change any benefits provided under your Curative health plan. You’ll also receive a cash reward from Curative when you complete your procedure through Lantern.

A Lantern Care Advocate will walk you through high-quality surgical options, help compare facilities, and support scheduling and preparation.
When your procedure is completed at a Lantern-recommended provider, you’ll receive a cash reward.

Members living in Texas, Florida, or Georgia
Members living outside Texas, Florida, or Georgia who are on the Curative Wrap Network
You are not eligible for Lantern if any one of the following applies:
Members of certain Florida-based employer groups
Members living outside Texas, Florida, Georgia who are on the Cigna Healthcare PPO network
You are an employee of Stellar Bank, Menninger Clinic, or CallRevu
