Nearly a week late, but obviously there are many things to be said about the last episode. No need to come up with a name for this one, I guess, but I'll subtitle it "It's All About Teh Mary/Matthew" because it totally is. :P

Due to various circumstances, I wasn't able to get my Season 2 DVD until a couple of days ago, and I've been too busy with other stuff to write up last weekend's episode. So here's the thoughts on the first half of what PBS aired Sunday, which I will call ... Back to Normal.

Thank goodness the episodes show up online almost immediately after they air on the east coast. My priorities were with the Giants tonight.

I shall name thee Properly Married. :P I think this is probably my favorite episode so far this season.

This is going from memory, as I can't rewatch right now when I'm at work (which I was when I was writing this. Not because I'm busy (because obviously I had time for this post), but ... *grumbles about crappy WiFi*. Seriously, I couldn't even have copy/pasted and hit "post."

The Downton Fair

Okay, so other episodes definitely don't follow the A/B/C structure like the last one. I see two main plots in this one - Mrs. Hughes's beau and the Great Matter - with several little side plots. I don't think I'll try and map them again.
