Take Back New York: Scavenger Hunt
Start: Saturday October 29, 2005, 6:00 PM (rain or shine)
The hunt will be a week long and we will meet back the following Saturday in the same place to turn in your items.
Anyone can compete; we would appreciate if everyone registered for this event by emailing nygames@nygames.net. You may register yourself or an entire team of up to 20 people. (If you register yourself, we will assign you to a team.) If you register an entire team, please include the names and user names of all team members. All teams must have a captain.
The hunt will use the website as a way for team members to communicate. As a result, all those participating should register for a user name if they do not already have one at NYgames.net.
TIMES AND LOCATION:
Great Lawn, Central Park, just north of Turtle Pond
(See the map bellow. The 79th st transverse is the road just below the pond.)
Subway Directions:
77th St. Enter the park on the east side at 79th Street
81st St. Enter the park at 81st street.
Meet at 6:00
CAPTAINS: Meet at 5:30 to receive the list and official rules.
Prizes will be named later.
As with all NYgames.net events, this event is free and suitable for all ages. Check the site for the most up-to-date information and to register for your user name.
