The Gullet was full of chaos. Smoke blackened the atmosphere and debris danced around in the air. Ships burned below and sounds of clashing swords and screams of men blasted through the air.

Jace could barely keep control over Vermax as they dodged Sheepstealer. Before he knew it, they were flying too low. Jace gasped as he saw the large scorpion bolting towards them. But right before it hit them, he felt Vermax getting pushed to the side.

He turned around almost immediately, he was then met with your dragon who was screeching in pure agony, his eyes then met your face, which was concentrated on trying to keep your dragon calm and focused.

"Rybās! Lykiri!" You yelled as your dragon screeched and thrashed. As your commands grew more desperate, as did your dragon. She did everything she could to try and fly, but it was no use. The two of you slowly plummeted into the cold water.

"Sƍvēs!" You yelled, trying to get your dragon to try and fly, though you knew it was impossible. The water soon reached your face, before you were fully submerged. Your hand swiftly reached for the clip that was keeping you saddled to your dragon. Your hands fiddled around with it quickly as you slowly started to lose breath, before you finally unclipped it and started swimming upwards.

You gasped for air and panted for a quick moment, before swimming towards a long piece of driftwood from one of the nearby ships. You clung onto it, trying to catch your breath. That was until you felt a sharp pain in your shoulder.

You turned around and your eyes were met with soldiers aiming at you with a crossbow. You barely even had time to process that, before you were struck in the shoulder with another arrow. Your eyes were starting to grow heavy as the pain slowly started to take control over your body.

You smiled to yourself softly, you knew that it was over for you. The last thing you heard before your vision faded into black was the laughs and cheers of soldiers and faint screams of your name from high up above, before the third and final arrow struck you right in the neck.

After the rest of the enemy ships have either fled or have been burned down, Jace took the time to search for you. He flew on Vermax, taking time to scout every shore nearby, until he spotted a figure with your familiar build.

He quickly hopped off of Vermax and ran towards the body. He flipped the body over, being cautious of the multiple arrows the were pierced through the body's skin. His heart nearly stopped when he saw your face, his stomach dropping. "Y/n, wake up." He said as he slightly shook your body.

Tears slowly started welling up in his eyes as he lifted up your body and held you in his arms. "Please.. Just wake up." The tears started cascading down his cheeks.

Carefully, he removed the arrows that pierced your skin, before bringing you to his chest and crying in the crook of your neck and kissing the top of your forehead. "I'm so sorry, my beloved.." He sat there sobbing for hours as he clung to your lifeless body.

The wanting comes in waves.

Some days it is not so pressing. The tightness of the ribbon around your neck serves as reminder enough that he is part of you; indefinitely, unwaveringly—yours.

You are able to move through the keep without distraction, to complete your studies and your duties.

It does help, though, knowing he will always call upon you at night's end. And you will follow his every instruction, bend to his every whim, and find pleasure in the glory he bestows upon you.

Other days, however, you find yourself drowning in want. You sit at the table, staring at words on a page but never truly reading them. Head filled with Ormund Hightower and the ache he leaves between your legs and the way he fills your heart.

♡.ᐟ Fem! Reader x N. Kento

☜☟ grief/mourning ☜☟ angst ☜☟ hurt/no comfort ☜☟ disorientation/delusion ☜☟ death/funeral ☜☟ sad Kento ☜☟

“Kento
It’s time.” Satoru was saying in soft, dulcet tones to him – or was it Suguru? Suguru had a gentler tone, but with how everyone had been acting around him lately, it was hard to tell people apart by voice alone. “Let go, Kento, please.”

Oh, no. No, no, no. He couldn’t do that.

Did he ever tell you that his favourite season was winter? Everyone stayed home, and the street felt silent, safe from the torturous pressure of feet on its cobblestones. It must be good to be free from that stifling weight, no?

He should ask you that; you would have an answer for that. For all your books and writing and wit, you would surely know what to say. Won’t you let your Kento have the honour of hearing your voice?

❝Domain Expansion: Love❞

Synopsis: You are Gojo Satoru's only weakness. When the bearer of the Six Eyes discerns that your life is in jeopardy, he will do everything to keep you safe.

à·Ž Content: husband!gojo satoru × wife!reader, jujutsu society, sorcerer!reader, angst, fluff, sensitive content, bloodshed, suggestive (mature content), satoru gojo!yandere, this takes place shortly before the shibuya incident arc, reader has a maternal relationship with megumi, pregnancy. à·Ž Word Count: 3.4K

Satoru Gojo is the most powerful jujutsu sorcerer in existence. However, the moment he sees you, his beautiful wife, unconscious on the battlefield with nearly incurable wounds, this man's world crumbles completely. Suddenly, all of his physical and mental energy is being drained, even his enthusiasm to exorcise curses vanishes. He is motionless in place, trembling enough with wide eyes under the black blindfold, and even though they are hidden, they scrutinize all the blood leaving different parts of your body. Minutes ago, there was a stupid and arrogant smile shaping the face of the confident man all the time as he killed horrendous creatures. A countenance of terror overtakes his face now. He feels his legs weakening, his feet seem to be too far from the ground, and he remembers that he is not manipulating the space to make it levitate. He is feeling weak for not having been able to arrive in time to protect you, this emotion has intertwined with him. Especially since Satoru Gojo never even had a weakness until you came into his life.

His heart is beating rapidly and his breath is so intense that all the curses around him are impacted by the reaction of the mighty man among them. Time frenetically ceases as the strong cursed technique is creating an invisible barrier in the air and continues to repel the malevolent creatures that persist in their futile attempt to touch the bearer of Mukagen and Rokugan, while he himself is left vulnerable like a puppy that has just lost its owner.

Didn't she use the reverse cursed technique to stay healed?

Why...

"Satoru." The presence and hesitant voice of Nanami become noticeable at a certain distance. The tie-wearing sorcerer clenches his jaw, too tense as he sees you in a deplorable state. Nanami fails to try not to show all his agony. Witnessing one of his closest friends on the brink of death equals the feeling of having his heart cut with the cursed blade he carries.

Amid the scene, Satoru is lowering the blindfold covering his eyes, the white locks of hair cascading as the black cloth falls. The fabric hangs on his neck before revealing the orbs, the bright blue darkening as a storm brews within them. A lost and distressed gaze is exposed on his face, as if you somehow took his emotions along with you.

"My wife shouldn't be on that suicide mission." The tone of voice of the Jujutsu High teacher is harsh, firm in the way he usually imposes on a very serious subject. A power which makes the walls vibrate when he is arguing with Gakuganji. He is so angry.

As he melancholically walks towards you, the semi-grade 1 curses around him are exploded in a matter of seconds. There are parts of physical structures scattered and fluids like blood painting the ground at this moment, justified by the power of his ability to manipulate space.

"I should've just isolated her from the world, maybe locked her on the 15th floor of a building and then acted as if I didn't do that." A small sad smile forms on the edge of his mouth, he is imagining how you would laugh at this idea if you were conscious now. You would probably find it absurd and put him to sleep on the couch.

Damn, he misses you and wonders why it hurts so much. His intention is to act quickly to take you to the jujutsu sorcerer doctors and stay by your side the whole time while they are taking care of you. He will not leave you for even a minute, and those are the words of Gojo Satoru against anyone. If someone dares to touch you right in front of him, he will definitely be willing to kill.

The strongest sorcerer abandons these thoughts, he does not hesitate to carefully wrap his arms around your body, holding you close to his chest. The man notices the wounds on parts of your face, your jujutsu uniform is dirty with blood and so destroyed, revealing your naked skin. The sweet taste on his tongue is bitter now, his mind can only focus on the fact that you suffered from fighting until you could not take it anymore. You resisted too much because of your undeniable strength, and on one hand he feels so proud of it. He loves showing everyone that his wife is one of the best professional jujutsu sorcerers, strong like him. But you should not be dealing with this cruel world. You are the most precious thing to him.

Satoru could feel your energy miles away, making it easy to identify your presence. But now he's not sensing any cursed energy flowing according to your emotions. It's all so quiet and calm. The powerful energy emanation should be surrounding your body as it always has, but it's as if something inside you is blocking it right now, since he can't feel your aura. It's different. He will question Shoko about this as soon as he takes your body to her for analysis.

"Do not mention it to the students, especially Megumi." The request leaves Satoru's mouth like a command. He imagines how the teenage Fushiguro would react upon finding out your condition, as you had become a maternal figure by making sure to take care of him since he was so young. The spiky-haired student is on a mission with others, and the best choice is not to disclose the information as the bad news would have a big negative impact on the boy. Gojo knows you would want that too.

On the other side of the area, the grade 1 sorcerer nods in deep silence. Nanami feels the muscles strengthen beneath his formal clothes. He is aware of the gravity of the situation, the actions and the consequences. He is not one to conceal lies, but that will be an exception he makes.

"She's losing a lot of blood." The blond man pushes his glasses closer to his eyes with his hands as he gazes at the white-haired sorcerer. He sighs deeply, containing the desperation within him. "Take her out of here before it's too late."

Growling in displeasure, Satoru Gojo is teleporting with you unconscious in his arms.

ℊ෎ℊ෎ℊ෎ℊ

The night takes over the city, darkness has crept upon Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical College, and 2 hours have passed since the sorcerer of the Six Eyes emerged in the place, insane, with you clinging to his chest and enraged enough as he searched for an available doctor. Gojo laid your body down onto the nearest stretcher, his hands dirty and consumed by your blood, staining the sheets red and making a mess. 2 hours ago he was screaming at anyone who crossed his path. At this moment, silence hangs in the air like a fog, it is peaceful again behind the school doors.

In one of the infirmary rooms, you are peacefully sleeping on the stretcher. Your chest rises and falls in a steady motion, your body completely healed through the spell cursed technique reversal performed by professionals. The minor wounds and even the most serious ones - like the rupture of your rib - had vanished, and your skin is renewed under the hospital gown you are now dressed in. Sitting in a chair quite close to you, the strongest sorcerer is comfortable with legs apart, assuming a relaxed posture as he rests the upper part of his body on your legs enclosed by the sheets. Satoru Gojo is resting, his eyelids is closed and his head supported by his own arms. He spent so much time watching you sleep that his eyes were influenced by exhaustion. Satoru has no idea of the time he spent caressing your face, running his fingers through your hair, and kissing your forehead several times before settling into his current position. His neck is turned towards the ceiling, his white hair falling naturally loose. There is only a black t-shirt hugging his torso as he had taken off the jacket of his jujutsu attire since your blood had stained most of his clothes. The exposed skin of his arms is almost glistening in the light of the room.

He has kept you safe all this time, only leaving you when he realized that everything was under control. The man always ensures to protect you at all costs, even though most of the time you don't need it. After inspecting the entire perimeter and realizing that you were safe at Jujutsu High, he went to finish the mission that was according to the superiors, just as it had been ordered to you. Since he completed the task of exorcising a special grade curse, his precious time now remains only for you. By the time indicated on the wall clock, Satoru wishes so much to take you home and he only thinks about holding you close until morning comes again. Nevertheless, Shoko was quite insistent when she said that you still require monitoring by a doctor, and that for now you should stay here. What did she mean by that?

This question echoes in Satoru's mind, suddenly he awakens fully and opens his eyes as quickly as if he felt some creature attacking him without warning. A movement of your legs under the sheets does not go unnoticed by him, his blue orbs almost popping out as they contemplate you lazily waking up from eternal rest. For him, it was truly eternal.

"I knew you were here." You whisper. Your voice is weak from just waking up, but a strong smile spreads across your face when your eyes slowly open and meet the white mane. You try to push yourself up out of bed using your arms, but your efforts are blocked by Satoru.

"Babyyy! Easy, easy." Your husband gestures with his hands, a gaze of relief on his face. You're really strong, huh? He is smiling like a little boy who just tasted his favorite mochi flavor, and you are certain you see stars twinkling in his eyes. "Gee, you're already eager to fly."

"Satoru, if you don't let me get out of this bed right now, I swear I don't know what I'll do."

"When in doubt, do nothing." He is clapping consistently to highlight the idea. "Settle that cute and pretty booty down right there, I've locked all the doors and you ain't leaving here. Now tell me how you're feeling, my lovely wife. That's all that matters to me."

"Argh." A small huff of air escapes your lips while you roll your eyes towards the ceiling, defeated enough. The man right next to you is playfully disapproving of your behavior. "I'm fine, 'Toru. You know that better than I do. My skin's just tingling from someone else's reverse technique." You report during the time you notice the scars that have formed on your arm after the outcome of the cursed method. A technique that you have the experience to perform on yourself. After all, you don't carry the title of special grade sorcerer for nothing.

"Nah, don't sweat it. I'm gonna take good care of you." There's an intense gaze that matches his words. The man emits a little chuckle as he realizes he managed to tease you with that.

"And where's 'Gumi?" You inquire, more to yourself than to Satoru. Your eyes are scanning the entire room in search of finding the black-haired teenage boy. You still ponder the king of curse's intentions towards Megumi, it consumes you and leaves you with a nagging feeling.

"You're more worried 'bout him than 'bout yourself, heh." The man raises his eyebrows, indignation stamped on them. A comical expression, almost too much. "You know that tough boy is independent, he's able to handle anything. Can you chill out for a minute, lady?" Satoru's smile broadens before he proceeds: "I took care of everything already, I told him to swing by here before heading to the dorm. Didn't go into the details, of course."

"He's probably gonna be surprised to find out we're here at Jujutsu High at this time of night... Guess I must have slept for a while, right?" You touch the skin of your husband as you place your hand on his face, and give a radiant smile as you realize that there is no invisible barrier holding you apart, even though he always deactivates it when he is with you. "Hey. Thank you for keeping things on the down low. And for everything you do for me."

"Awww! You're welcome, bae." Satoru copies the way you smile, but it is quickly replaced by a grimace. He puts his hand right on top of yours, the wedding rings on your fingers colliding with each other. "Ain't nobody care 'bout me like that. What did I do to not deserve it?"

"It's like I wouldn't be worried about you even if you could move mountains with just your own thoughts." You are rolling your eyes for the second time. Once you blink, he is staring at you with a stern and intimidating look.

"I'm the one here who got the most worried 'cause you got me feelin' this way. A guy like me shouldn't have these kinds of feelings." His voice is husky and his cold blue eyes unravel your soul, the temperature is freezing you. "Don't do that again, or I'll lose my mind and kill anyone around me." The way he adresses this, it is not a bluff. It seems like an objective he would fulfill, a mission that would not require anyone's authorization, not even the higher-ups of the Jujutsu society.

"Satoru..."

"You're trying to make me a widower, hah?" His voice becomes light again, genuine good humor returns. Now he has a broad smile on his face, the eyes are nearly closing due to that action. As if he hadn't announced something so violent just 10 seconds ago. "If I tally up how many folks got worried 'bout you, there won't be enough fingers on Sukuna's hand to count it."

"Sorry, I didn't mean to do that." You are making amends, and he cannot resist gazing at your lips without stealing a quick kiss. A man clingy to his wife. "I had just exorcised a special grade cursed spirit when I started feeling dizzy. My head began to spin."

Satoru reveals a pensive expression on the face, one hand resting on his chin. The most powerful sorcerer is contemplating all the possibilities to uncover the reason behind that eventuality concerning your cursed technique.

"So, I suppose that might have been the reason you didn't recover yourself at that moment, considering you experienced signs of fainting. Your brain became destabilized." He pronounces, cautiously, witnessing you confirm the information. "Were you feeling like that before you got the fight started?"

"When we split up to head towards the mission I was feeling fine." The corner of your mouth moves, you display your teeth to the man in an attempt to reassure him. Gosh, he is being so serious about that. "Maybe I used up too much of my energy, I guess I hit my limit. That's it."

"Hmm, there's something more. It's interesting and surprising how your energy flow is strongest now." The white-haired man is examining you with a curious look.

"Are you saying I'm accumulating this more than usual? Is that possible?"

"It's a fact. And I'm the one confirming it, little sweetheart." There is a smug smile playing on his lips. "But at least you're feeling better right now, yeah?"

"Hell yeah, I feel brand spanking new thanks to Shoko's skills!" You are shooting fire arrows with your eyes towards the bold man. "Can you stop staring at my tits now?"

"I'm just checking to make sure everything's really okay." He speaks with such honesty, finally lifting his eyes to meet yours. Satoru cannot shake off the thought of how beautiful you look to him, a very sugary sweet and his favorite. You make him feel so mushy and nearly diabetic.

However, Gojo Satoru is a natural provocateur.

"You're getting on my nerves, 'Toru."

He opens his mouth to laugh out loud, giving you a wink. You also join in his laughter as he starts poking your body several times, this real jokerster tickling you. The antics are suddenly interrupted the moment someone knocks on the door. Shoko Ieiri appears seconds later behind it, revealing only the upper part of her body.

"Sorry to interrupt the lovebirds." She smiles faintly, continuing: "I need a quick minute to talk to Satoru." The experienced doctor has a lit cigarette between her fingers, she is pointing it in your direction. You see its tip sparkling at you. "And you, go rest. Don't even think about escaping from that stretcher until we come back."

"You heard that, huh? This time it didn't come out of my mouth." Gojo has one finger pointed at the tongue he sticks out.

You gaze at them and fold your arms, simply accepting your fate.

"Alright. Goodbye." You are turning your back on them and burrowing into the blanket. "If possible, turn off the light before you guys leave."

"Going to sleep without giving me a kiss? That's not fair." Satoru is shocked enough, a pout forming on his lips and a puppy dog look in his eyes. He truly displays his emotions, reminding you of how every night Satoru Gojo questions that same thing after going to bed with you. Every night, the same thing.

"Okay, you two. I'll wait outside." The woman manages to capture the attention of both of you before the noise of her high heels against the floor fades away.

As soon as she departs, warm lips land on the side of your neck and journey up to your mouth. You need to raise your head to reach Satoru's lips, his skin burning against yours like a flame. The instant his hand wraps around the flesh of your waist and grips it tightly, you understand that he would never let you escape his grasp, or his domain expansion. He is kissing you as if he were thirsty and you were the water fountain, this man is showing you how much he requires you in his life. Preferably alive, of course. Otherwise, he will make sure of it for you.

"Hmmm, get outta here. I promise I'll make it up to you with a full kiss later." You moan at the touch, trying not to show that you're shivering just to not further inflate his already oversized ego. As if it were possible to be any bigger than usual.

"Oh, is that so? You know I'll hold you to that, babe." He growls near your ear.

At the moment the sorcerer is leaving the room, he halts on his path and gives you a long look with his blue eyes. Inside them, Satoru harbors concern.

"What's going on?"

"I'm feeling sorry for my friend." Ieiri ignores Satoru, making one's way to her desk. Instantly, a breeze from outside the window extinguishes the cigarette ember in her hand, smoke spreading throughout the room. "She is truly doomed to sacrifice her life, including putting up with your strong-willed nature for the rest of her life."

"Oi, what's that supposed to mean?" Satoru wears a playful smile on his lips. He places his hands in his trouser pockets in a relaxed and unconcerned posture, anticipating a highly amusing joke.

"You have no idea what's happening, do you? And what's going to happen from now on." She sets aside the cigarette, burying it in the ashtray on the table. Gojo watches everything attentively before rolling his eyes, he's starting to get bored with all the fuss. "But I believe you may have already noticed that the train is off the rails."

The doctor is moving around the small armchair in the room. When Shoko sits down, she leans her back against the backrest and then crosses her legs, silently facing Satoru. The expression on the white-haired man's face is impassive. He wishes he had the ability to read minds.

"Y/N is pregnant, Satoru." The sound of Ieiri's sigh is loud. "She is carrying your child in her womb. It's extraordinary that the baby has survived."

Satoru Gojo's world crumbles once more, for the second time that day. Not only is his own world shaken, but also the entire Jujutsu society.

Helooooo can I request where Satoru's and reader baby won't stop crying until reader holds him ><

˚ àŒ˜ àł€â‹†ïœĄËš

đ“Č àč‹àŁ àŁȘ ˖Dad!Satoru realizes his son is a velcro baby to his mom.

── .✩ You were in the living room with your son while Satoru was in your bedroom resting after he came back from work. You were off work that day, so you stayed home with the baby and took the opportunity to tidy up the house.

The only place missing to finish your cleaning work was the living room, because you let your son playing there all morning when you were tidying the other rooms.

So you finally decided you was the time to finish your job, you picked your son up from the floor, and brought him to Satoru.

Your son let out a small protesting, clearly unhappy at being interrupted from his baby activities.

"It's ok my baby just let mama finish cleaning the place and you can come again okay?" You said calmly, not wanting to bother him anymore, while arriving at the room you share with your husband.

"Satoru watch him for moment for me please." Satoru looks up to see his wife and his son on the door frame walking towards him.

"Why?" Your husband said curious as usual about what you have to do.

"I'm just gonna clean the living room, it's a nightmare after he spent the whole morning playing and making a mess there."

"Sure, give me this baby bear." he said with a sugary voice, before you put the baby in his arms.

Your son thinks you gonna lay down besides his father, like you always do before taking him to sleep. But when he realized that you left the room he looked at his father who was trying to distract him by playing with him.

He let out his tears and starts whimpering out loud.

"Oh No, no, no" Satoru started panicking.

"Don't cry, I'm sorry, don't cry" he started panicking even more when he realized that the baby was nowhere near to stop.

"No your mom is gonna-" Satoru's pleas were interrupted when you opened the bedroom door, exasperated but curious to know what was happening.

"What's the problem here?" You raised a brow taking a step forward.

"Nothing, I was just playing with him and all of a sudden he is crying his lungs out." He explained fast so you wouldn't beat him up before he explains. "I swear, I did nothing." He was afraid for his life.

"Oh baby come here, did dad upset you?" You spoke to him in a soft, sweet voice, with a warm heart picking your baby after he reached his arms towards you begging for you to pick him again.

And he stopped crying immediately after crying in his dad arms for 5 minutes without ceasing. This shocked Satoru to such an extent that he let out a squeak in shock.

You ignored Satoru and turned your back to him rocking your baby trying to calm him when he was still letting smalls sniffes.

Letting son and father facing each other.

The only thing your son did was look at his dad straight in his eyes as if he were mocking him.

Did his son just stick his tongue out to him too?

*This boy is definitely playing with me* Satoru thought to himself closing his eyes while pinching the bridge of her nose in irritation.

"You will be such a mama boy." He narrowed his eyes at the baby, letting out by accident, certain that his son would truly become a mama's boy. In the bad sense.

"Satoru." you turn to him with a warning tone in your voice.

"What?! You didn't see what this boy just did to me!" Your husband exclaimed in indignation.

"Babe, 'm going out with my friends tonight. Gotta head home now."

You lay on your boyfriend's chest, while an irrelevant movie plays in the background. He clutches you tighter against his chest, telling you he doesn't want you to leave.

You've only been together for 5 months, but you've already felt closer than ever. You talked about marriage, what type of house you wanted to live in, how many kids you wanted, and if you wanted any pets. He told you he could get you all of that by 5pm, but you wanted to wait a little longer since you two were so young.

Baby Daddy Satoru
Your child reached the age when cursed techniques start to manifest, but it turns out he is a non sorcerer and now he thinks his father hates him.

Your son turned six a few weeks ago. At this age—usually between five and six, cursed techniques start to show up, but so far there doesn't seem to have been any sign of them.

He couldn't see curses or use any techniques. After some more time, both you and Satoru came to the conclusion that your son wasn't a sorcerer.

It wasn't a problem for the two of you—quite the opposite. Being a sorcerer came with many downsides, and the fact that your son wouldn't have to worry about any of that made you happy.

What you didn't know was that your son was extremely disappointed in himself, he had always looked up to his father as his idol, someone he wanted to become, especially when it came to strength. Just hearing his title, “the strongest,” excited him.

Knowing that he couldn't even see the curses made him sad, without either you or Satoru realizing it, he began to think of himself as a disappointment to his father.

Of course, you didn't know this for the first few days, but since he was a child, his behavior was very easy to read.

He started avoiding his father like the plague; he didn't want him to sing him a lullaby as usual, he sat next to you instead of between the two of you so he wouldn't be too close to him, and he refused to talk to him.

You and Satoru obviously noticed his behavior, at first it was almost funny, and you thought he’d stop after a couple of days, but after a while you saw how much this situation was upsetting Satoru, after all, it was his son who was avoiding him.

All three of you were sitting in the living room, watching your son's favorite cartoon, glued to you like he had been the entire week, while Satoru was on the other side of the couch.

Seeing him sitting there all alone made you sad, so you leaned over to your son. “Go give daddy a hug, okay?” you whispered in his ear.

Your son shook his head and crossed his arms over his chest, pouting. “No,” was all he said, he's always been a little stubborn like his father, but now it was unacceptable.

“I don't bite, you know?” said Satoru. It seemed like he heard everything. “Stop acting like that, it's already been a week.” His words and tone of voice were rougher than he intended, but you knew it was just stress.

Your son didn't even deign to glance at him. “Mommy, can we go get some ice cream?” he asked you, and you immediately noticed the anger in Satoru's blue eyes.

“Don't ignore me, you know that doesn't work with me. Look at me and tell me why you've been avoiding me for a week.” This time, his voice made it crystal clear that he wouldn't repeat himself. Your son pouted again and turned his head slightly toward his father, their blue eyes met.

“So? I'm waiting for an answer.” Your son hesitates for a few seconds before speaking up. “I'm not avoiding you.” Satoru wrinkles his nose in a pout. "Yes, you are. Tell me the truth, and maybe the three of us can go get some ice cream, or if you prefer a tougher approach
No sweets for a whole month.” A little smile sliped out your lips as your son lifts his head completely and looks at him with a shocked expression. “You can't do that!”

“Of course I can do that, I'm your father, and I'm the one who buys you sweets!”

Your son remained silent, pouting, and kept eye contact with Satoru. You almost laughed, but you held back because it was something they had to work out on their own.

“Okay
” His legs swung back and forth on the edge of the couch as he fidgeted with his fingers. “When you found out I wasn’t a sorcerer like you and mommy, you seemed disappointed, and I thought you hated me.”

The anger completely left Satoru's body, replaced by utter confusion.

“I
 hate you?”

“Yeah, because I'm supposed to be as strong as you. You've always told me I'm as strong as you, but I can't even see curses.”

Your eyebrows rose almost to your hairline, when you saw tears streaming down from Satoru's eyes.

“What on earth are you talking about?” his voice was light yet pained. “How could I ever hate you? You’re my son, sorcerer or not, I love you anyway. How could you even think such a thing?”

Satoru pulled him close, giving him a tight hug. “I don’t hate you, and I’m not disappointed that you’re not a sorcerer. In fact, I’m really happy that you can live a normal life without having to worry about all the downsides of being a sorcerer.”

Your son hugged him back, nodding against your husband's chest, “Thank you. I'm sorry I thought that way. I promise I'll never ignore you again.”

After a few moments, they pulled away. “Okay, go get dressed, okay? Let’s go get some ice cream.” Your son’s smile was almost blinding. “Yes!” He jumped up from the couch like a bolt of lightning and ran to his room.

You smiled at Satoru, and he smiled back at you. “I’m glad you two made up.”

“Well, it was inevitable, wasn't it?”

Jealous Type

Content: Satoru is a second year at Jujutsu Tech High, he isn't the type to do relationships, he thinks they're a waste of time, but that was before he met one of the first years.

He can't help but be jealous of his friend Haibara, who spends a lot of time with you, making him wonder if you're together.

Warnings: Fluff, canon au, female reader, jealousy, Satoru is a bit shy

Credits: divider-@cursed-carmine

Satoru always thought relationships were a waste of time, and considering the fact that he's a sorcerer they would be a hindrance as well.

That was what he thought before the first years were welcomed to Jujutsu Tech High.

The way you smiled, your prettily styled hair, everything about you caught his attention the moment you entered the classroom along side Nanami and Haibara, the other first years.

You were a total ray of sunshine, laughed at the smallest things and he loved your big appetite, it reminded both the group and himself about him.

So here you are together, with Suguru, Shoko, Haibara and Nanami, hanging out in Tokyo.

"Guys we should check out the new pastry shop that opened downtown, I heard they make really good mochi and cakes" You proposed excitedly with your usual big smile plastered on your face.

Satoru walked by your side with a blue popsicle on hand, his eyes inspected carefully your face from behind the round glasses "Hell yeah!" He retornered, similarly excited to go. As much as he loves eating, fulfilling your requests is his priority.

Suguru looked back at the two of you with a mixed express between disgust and confusion "We've already eaten like three time, aren't you full?" You and Satoru just scoffed playfully in sync.

"I still have plenty of space left, and even if I was full there will always be space for mochi" You chuckled at your own words, that sound that Satoru loved so much to hear, it was soothing to him, even when you laugh like a hyena.

"Yeah, don't ruin the fun will you Suguru?" Satoru joked with an annoying giggling "If your little tummy is already full you can gladly sit and watch as we eat" Suguru rolled his eyes at the joke.

Haibara slowed down in his track and pulled besides you, leaning down a little bit to whisper something in your ear to which you giggled.

Satoru noticed as fast as the light, his eyebrows stitching together, although it was barely visible behind the glasses "Jealous?" Shoko asked really softly, loud enough for Satoru only to hear, with a smug expression "Me? Jealous? Of what exactly" He brushed it off like nothing, knowing damn well his heartbeat increased significantly whenever Haibara got too close to you, he knew it was wrong, Haibara was his friend but he couldn't help it.

"You know of what, you look like you're about to pull a red on Haibara whenever he talks to her" His cheeks flushed a little at Shoko's accuse "You shouldn't be so jealous, you know, she told me she doesn't like jealous guys" Satoru's face became entirely red.

At the pastry shop, Shoko, Suguru and Nanami sat at a table while you, Satoru and Haibara ordered something to eat.

You slipped your hand inside your pocket, to pay for your large potion of mochi, vanilla ice cream with caramel and a slice of strawberry cake, your face completely changed from it's usual joyfulness to pure distress when you realized you didn't have enough money.

Both Satoru and Haibara noticed the change in your expression "What's wrong?" Haibara asked first, before Satoru could even part his lips to speak.

"I don't have enough money" You scrunched your nose with a pout, you were really excited to eat everything and this really ruined your mood.

Haibara smiled at you kindly "Don't worry I-" he got interrupted abruptly by Satoru who already pulled out his card "I will pay for it!" His smile was wider and brighter than the sun, both you and Haibara noticed his quite rude interruption but didn't say anything, it's Satoru after all, nothing new.

After paying the three of you walked back to the other three, you sat next to Haibara, which bothered Satoru a little, well more than just a little.

"Tomorrow evening we're going to the cinema, are you two gonna tag along?" Shoko asked you and Haibara "Sorry we aren't, me and Haibara already planned to play video games together in my dorm" Your words made Satoru's fingers tighten around the fork.

Shoko and Suguru exchanged looks, viewing this as the perfect moment to tease Satoru "Is that so? You two have been spending a lot of time together, huh?" Suguru started, his eyes keeping track of Satoru's and your reaction.

You raised an eyebrow at the teasing, genuinely confused "Huh? What do you mean?"

Shoko now added herself to the teasing "You and Haibara spend a lot of time together, alone and you know, whisper things to each other, is there anything you guys want to tell us?"

You and Haibara look at each other with pure confusion before busting out in laugher "You guys really think like that? C'mon we're practically like siblings" Haibara said, still giggling.

Satoru felt his heartbeat slow down a bit, even after Haibara's words, Shoko and Suguru still didn't stop teasing him "Well that's great because Satoru really li-" "What are you two gonna play? I wanna play videogames too!" His voice was loud, to cover up what Suguru was about to say.

Your eyes lit up at the question, Suguru and Shoko noticed, but weren't planning on telling Satoru, he would never stop talking about it otherwise.

"Really? You're coming? We don't exactly know yet but we'll be playing games like Resident evil 4 and Mario Kart DS" Your voice raised a bit with excitement.

Obviously Satoru didn't knock on your door the next evening with the intent of playing video games for hours, he was here to be with you and maybe know a more about your relationship with Haibara.

You, Satoru and Haibara have been playing for about 30 minutes now, you sitting besides Haibara and Satoru's eyes that couldn't leave the scene, going from admiring you to staring with pure jealousy the interactions between the two of you

At this point it's been around 3 hours since you guys started playing, although you wanted to play more the tiredness was impossibe to ignore.

You yawned, covering your mouth with a hand and if the devil himself personally hated Satoru, you fell to the side, your head resting on Haibara's shoulder who didn't react, like this was something you two did constantly.

Satoru couldn't ignore the ache in his heart, tagging along you two was an horrible decision, it only fueld his jealousy and probably gave him a heartbreak.

Haibara grabbed a blanket that was near and pulled it over the two of you. "I'm tired too, are you gonna sleep here?" He asked, looking at Satoru, who had his mind filled with thoughts of all kinds but in the end decided to spend the night here.

You had your head on Haibara's shoulder while he had his head on top of yours, now that you both were sleeping Satoru could finally stop faking a grin, now looking extremely irritated, watching you sleep like that with him made him even more frustrated, he really needed some fresh air.

He got up and gently opened your dorm's door, walking towards the courtyard, he sat there for a few minutes before a familiar voice called him out.

"Satoru?" He turned around, you were standing there, looking sleepy. "You can't sleep?" You walked closer, sitting next to him, he tried to hide his red cheeks but failed miserably.

"No it's not that.. well yeah it's that" His eyes avoided yours even if you were trying to take a good look at his face "Can I ask you something?" You smiled at the request and nodded with a smile "Of course you can! What is it?"

"Do you like Haibara?"

The was a rather long silence between the two of you, that was making Satoru's heart race.

"If I like Haibara? Well no"

He could just stop there, be grateful that at least you answered his question but his mouth moved before he could stop

"So like nothing else? I mean you two are really close"

You let out a chuckle and moved a bit closer, almost invading his personal space. "For me Haibara is like a brother and I'm like a sister to him, we have been friends since elementary school, I see why you would think we are in a romantic relationship but we are just really comfortable with each other"

Another long silence stretched, this one was definitely more awkward, you usually aren't affected by moments like these, but this one definitely was hitting, mostly because you knew why Satoru felt that way.

"I know you like me, Satoru" The words came out more bold than intended.

He immediately turned his head towards you, his face now completely red and confused "W-what?" You laughed internally at his reacting, it was cute.

"If I have to be honest, Suguru told me like a few weeks ago" His nose scrunched a little while his eyebrows knit together.

Suguru? Of course it was him, I swear I'm gonna kil- "But that's okay because I like you too, Satoru" He went completely still, lips parted from the disbelief.

"Huh?"

"I said I like you too" You repeated with a grin this time, your face moving closer to his, you were loving his reaction.

"I usually don't like the jealous type of men but you might be an exception Satoru Gojo"

With that your lips crashed together, it was sloppy and messy at first but both of you started to get used to it, becoming deeper and more passionate.

After what felt like a whole eternity you pulled way, your lips puffy and red from the kiss, there was a lot to say but at the same time both of you were speechless.

"So it's that a yes?" You tilted your head at his question, confused. "Are we like dating now?" You couldn't hold your laugh back, nodding eagerly, giving him another peck on the lips.

"Yes, we are"

satoru gojo:

when you were little, you always dreamt of flying.

it was a silly, frivilous dream. you'd watch movies about fairies, and would envy the flutter of their wings as they gracefully lifted their feet from the earth and glided their light bodies through the atmosphere. you would subsequently wake up from dreams about having been gifted your own wings, the wind catching through your hair as your mass soared through clouds, fresh, unfiltered air bristling through the little hairs on your arms and ripping through your light clothes.

you'd wake up disappointed.

moon river- satoru x reader

summary: your daughter tends to ask some interesting questions

scarjo + dadjo ; post-canon ; reader is extremely minimal its mostly between satoru and your guys' daughter ; satoru loves his baby :( i dont play abt dadjo

Even now, years later, Satoru couldn’t help but feel disdain sometimes when he looked at himself through the mirror. There wasn't a single spot on his body that was spared from the thousand cuts Sukuna had left him, let alone the huge, jagged scar that ran across his abdomen and arms. His spine was nearly sawed through, and Shoko had to work overtime to bring him firmly over the edge to the living, stitching him back together like Victor and his Frankenstein.

Most of them were a pale silver now, still glaringly noticeable, but much better than before. Others had become an almost salmon colour, or brown even. The skin was jagged and uneven, rough under smooth fingertips when traced.

Your little daughter was doing just that now, nestled into her fathers side, a chubby hand splayed across Satoru’s face. She looked as though she were in a trance as her stubby finger glided over skin, mouth partly open.

“And what's got you all distracted, hm?” Satoru hummed, lifting the girl to lie comfortably on his chest. He layed back on the sofa, the movie- Ponyo, which your daughter had been watching for a week straight -played on as white noise.

“Daddy,” she said, her voice strangely hushed, “you’re so pretty.”

“You think so?” Satoru smiled. He chuckled as she nodded her head vigorously, her bangs falling into her eyes. With a gentle hand he tucked some strands behind her ear as she continued to watch him in wonder.

She has your eyes, Satoru mused to himself.

“Mhm
 did they hurt?”

“Hmm
” Satoru drew out, “well, just a little bit.”

“Really?!” Her eyes were blown out, chubby cheeks puffed out and rosy. Her lips pushed outwards into the smallest little pout. “But they look like they’d hurt a lot!”

Satoru laughed as he hugged her tighter to his chest, kissing the top of her head. Seriously, she’s too cute.. she gets that from you, too.

“Yeah? They do, huh?”

She nodded her little head again, tucking it beneath Satoru’s head. Her eyes caught on another plethora of scars that littered Satoru’s collarbone, and she began to trace them once more.

“You look like a tiger,” she mused.

“A tiger?”

“Yeah. Cause you’re stripey.”

Satoru couldn’t help himself from laughing again, and he pressed kiss after kiss after kiss to her hair. He’d been so scared at first, that his daughter would be scared of him, from his appearance. That she would no longer recognize him, or feel disgusted, or embarrassed. She had been just a year old then, but the fear- irrational as it might have been -would send him down into a spiral. He still felt that way, sometimes.

“Daddy,” your daughter piped up again, her hand stilling. “Where did you get all your scars?”

Satoru froze for a moment. He was hesitant about telling her about Sukuna-- she was too young for that. She had been just born when Satoru had gone for that final battle between himself and Sukuna. Two months old, asleep in his arms as Satoru pressed a firm kiss to her little head, trying to commit the image to memory, in case it was the last time he’d ever see her again. It wasn’t, of course, though it was almost reality.

“Hmm.. well, you know,” he began, “I had to fight this big, mean, bad guy.”

“What!?” she gaped at him. Satoru lifted his lips into a smug grin.

“Yup. He was, like, really realllyyyyy strong. He was hurting your big brother Megumi and I couldn’t have that, so obviously I beat him to a pulp.”

Yeah. That summarized it pretty nicely, Satoru thought, while leaving out the more
horrifying details for a three year old.

“And you won?!”

Satoru nodded. “Yup. By a landslide.”

“Wow
” your daughter whispered. She propped her chin up on Satoru’s chest, eyes wide as she stared at him in wonder. Her little hand was curled into a fist; keeping one hand on her back, Satoru lifted his other hand to hold it over her’s.

“Were you scared?” she asked him, completely enthralled with this story, now.

Satoru pursed his lips together in faux thought. “Hmm
. yeah. I was pretty scared. But you know what kept me brave?”

“What?”

“You and your mom and Megumi,” he said, leaning over to press another kiss to her temple. His daughter only stuck her tongue out, as if discomforted by Satoru’s admission.

“Eww
 Daddy, you’re getting all sappy!”

Satoru chuckled, brushing her hair aside. She squirmed a little in his hold, trying to lay back down onto his side again. He let her wriggle around, like some flailing worm, before she felt finally satisfied with her new position.

“Daddy,” she asked, looking up at him.

“Yes?”

“Can I be a sor- uhm, sorc-er-er like you?”

Satoru felt his entire body lock up.

No. That is the last thing I want for you. He didn’t say them yet, of course, but.

Anything but that. You could be anything else.

“Hmm, I don’t know, sweets,” Satoru mused instead, “it’s a pretty scary job. Do you think you can handle it?”

“Yeah!” she said. She seemed so excited by this prospect, and Satoru felt like his stomach was two seconds away from flipping itself inside out.

“You’ll have to work super hard. And a lot of people get hurt, you know
” he laughed nervously.

“That’s okay! I’ll be strong like you so I can protect them!”

Satoru turned to his side fully then, blocking the view of the TV, Ponyo still playing in the background. Ponyo swam up to Sosuke, bumping her nose with his as he told Granmamare that he loves Ponyo unconditionally, whether she be fish or human girl. Unconditional love; an aching.

“Okay,” Satoru said warily, pouting. “If you say so..”

Your daughter curled against him. “Do you think I could be a good sor-cer-cer, Daddy?”

He didn’t look at her, then. He simply could not bring himself to. What will he do, if she does become a sorcerer, and finds her remains in a body bag?

“I think you could be great,” he said. “You could make this place great.”

strawberry soap

gojo lives with your obsessions.

(!) warning: severe OCD, self-harm.

it was hard. let’s not sugarcoat it.

you met satoru in your dentist’s waiting room, just as you were leaving your weekly appointment while he was attending his annual one.

"does it hurt much when they fix a cavity?" he had asked, setting down a magazine that was more than five years old.

"not really; a cleaning never hurts." you had replied in a soft voice, arms crossed over your chest.

he gave you a pearly smile –and you absolutely pretended not to notice that his canines stood out more than the rest of his teeth, a detail far too asymmetrical for your taste (though, in all honesty, it was the loveliest set of teeth you had ever come across). he asked for your number, and you recited it to him. you said goodbye without even shaking hands.

he called you that very night, and now, he had moved into your home.

see, satoru was the kind of guy who didn't take anything seriously. a 'we’ll figure it out as we go' machine. the kind who leaves a trail of sugar wrappers behind him like breadcrumbs.

but he was the only thing that could distract you from your own brain. when you were with him, he was so loud and so ‘much’ that he effectively drowned out the intrusive thoughts. his energy acted like a white noise machine; he was the only person who could make you forget to count for twenty minutes because he was busy doing something ridiculous like trying to balance five napkins on his nose.

before him, you likely felt like you had to be perfect to be loved. seeing him be a total disaster –spilling coffee, losing his keys, talking while chewing– but still being the most confident, loved person in the room gave you a subconscious sense of safety. you thought, “if he can be this messy and be okay, maybe i can be a little messy too.”

you couldn’t.

when he first moved in, the friction was almost physical. it felt like two tectonic plates grinding against each other. satoru was
a lot. he’d leave his keys on the dining table. he’d kick his shoes off in the middle of the hallway. he’d tossed his designer coat onto the nearest surface –whether that’s the back of a chair or the kitchen counter where you just spent forty-five minutes scrubbing away invisible threats. he’d move your bookmark or rearrange the refrigerator magnets to leave notes –or suggestive messages. his intentions were the best, of course, but it was something you simply couldn't stand.

the first time you had a spiral, he was trying to do the dishes. "satoru, you’re using the wrong sponge. i told you the orange one is for the plates, and the green one is for the glasses." you had to breathe in 4-4-4-4 method to keep from losing your patience. "forget it, i’ll do it myself."

his very observant blue eyes would track the way your hands shook as you scrubbed the counter for the third time. then, he’d sat on the kitchen floor –right there on the freshly mopped tiles with the pants he wore outside– and waited until the storm passed.

-

the sun hadn’t even fully cleared the horizon when you were already awake, heart drumming a steady thump-thump-thump against your ribs. your brain was already running through the checklist.

  • pillows must be angled at 45 degrees.
  • curtains must have a two-inch gap exactly.
  • skincare bottles in the bathroom must be arranged by height, shape and shade. labels facing the mirror.

you were mid-straightening the edge of the duvet when a heavy, warm arm snaked around your waist and yanked you backward. you landed with a soft oof against a chest that felt like a brick wall wrapped in silk.

"five more minutes." satoru mumbled into your shoulder, his voice thick with sleep. he was a furnace, his heat radiating through his thin t-shirt.

"satoru," you sighed, your eyes darting to the bedside table. "the water glass. it’s too close to the edge."

he didn’t even open his eyes. without letting go of you, he reached out, his long fingers finding the glass and sliding it precisely two inches toward the center of the wood.

"better?" he grumbled.

"a little to the left."

he shifted it a fraction of a centimeter. "now?"

"yeah. now."

he hummed, a low vibration that settled your jumping nerves.

you’ve wasted a minute and twenty-three seconds of your time on that observation, and now your day is ruined.

-

he didn’t get it at first. he thought you were just ‘a bit of a neat freak’. he’d laugh when you’d swoop in behind him to wipe down a doorknob he’d just turned.

one day, he came home from the gym, sweaty and grinning, and tried to scoop you up in a bear hug. you’d recoiled and ended up locked in the bathroom for an hour, scrubbing your arms until the skin was an angry, weeping red –but germen free.

satoru had stood on the other side of that door, his forehead pressed against the wood, listening to the sound of the faucet running for the tenth time. that was the night the ‘neat freak’ joke died.

he started to notice your hands were always dry; the knuckles cracked and occasionally bleed from the sheer volume of soap and hot water you subjected them to. every time you touched a remote, a light switch, or –heaven forbid– the mail, you were back at the sink.

lather, rinse, repeat.

lather, rinse, repeat.

lather, rinse, repeat.

lather, rinse, repeat.

one friday, satoru arrived with a bag from a high-end apothecary. he didn't say anything. he just sat on the edge of the bed while you were finishing your ‘nightly reset’ (which involved wiping down every surface in the bedroom with antiseptic wipes).

"come here." he said. his voice wasn't demanding; it was soft, like he was talking to a stray kitten.

you hesitated, clutching a micro-fiber cloth. "i haven't finished the nightstands."

"they'll be there in five minutes. come here."

you sat beside him, your hands tucked into your sleeves to hide the raw skin. satoru reached out and gently –so gently– pulled your hands into his lap. he winced when he saw the cracks.

"i did some reading," he murmured, pulling out a heavy glass jar of cream that looked like it cost more than his sunglasses. "and i talked to a dermatologist. she said this stuff is like a barrier. it’s unscented, no alcohol. won't make you feel 'greasy', i know you hate that."

he opened the jar. the scent was neutral, clean.

"can i?" he asked.

he began to apply the cream once you nodded. he didn't rush. his long, elegant fingers moving in slow circles. it was the first time in weeks that your hands hadn't felt like they were on fire.

the most heartwrenching thing of all: he didn't tell you to stop washing. he just started trying to mitigate the damage.

"i'm gonna buy you every jar of this in the city." he whispered, looking up at you through those white lashes. "we’ll find a soap that doesn't hurt you, too."

he found a strawberry soap, a malin + goetz 140g bar with vitamin b5. you looked at him as if he had brought a dead bird into the house because "bar soaps can harbor so many bacteria and are left exposed, which is even worse". so, he had to go find the bottled liquid version instead. you liked it so much he bought it in every single form it came in.

but you’d washed the cream away every single time.

-

satoru was vacuuming for you while you were dicing vegetables into one-centimeter cubes (exact cubes, because when you first started, you actually used a ruler to practice). then, a slight bump from the machine caused a small crack in the wall.

that was precisely why you never put him in charge of household chores, despite how much he insisted on helping. you could see a glimmer of guilt in his eyes when you walked in to inspect the scale of the disaster.

"we’ll have to patch the walls. and paint them." you said.

and so you did. or rather, you did. he only helped you with the paint bucket, the brush, and the roller. you’d chosen a pink color, the shade of strawberry milk. a beautiful, pristine #ffdeeb (getting a hold of it had been a nightmare, since very few places had something so precise, and the mixes they made –just to make a sale– were only similar).

you didn’t even take a break to eat a single bite until every wall in the house was finished. satoru had gone to bed with a weight on his chest.

-

you placed one foot fearfully on the scale. the other followed. numbers surged toward the insulting possibility of overflowing if their speed didn’t find a limit. it read 57.48 kilograms –twenty points higher than your current body temperature.

you were staying within the weight you’d set for yourself. you kept exercising at home (you’d burned 664 calories –no more, no less), and that was a spectacular triumph.

"you’re perfect at any number, love." he would say, his voice losing its usual playful edge. he’d try to pull you away from your routine with the same hands that had cracked the wall, offering you a bite of something sweet –a strawberry pastry– deliberately testing your boundaries.

you would refuse, of course.

but what actually exasperated him wasn’t so much that you followed such a strict diet, but perhaps the way you brushed your teeth immediately after eating or drinking almost nothing.

"you’re going to wear your teeth down." he would say softly, though his eyes were horrified as he watched you add another gram of toothpaste to the brush for the eighth pass over your squeaky-clean mouth.

"almost done, this is the last one."

-

you’d had the worst day of your life.

usually, you worked from home, but they had made you go into the office and let you leave at 5:02 pm, not at 5:00. you and satoru had agreed to meet at the grocery store at 5:30, and you arrived at 5:34.

"look who’s late." he teased, waving at the air with a playful smile on his face. okay, he used to be offensively unpunctual before he started dating you, but he had slowly changed that habit until the watch on his wrist became his best friend.

your breathing was heavy –not from running, but from anxiety.

"i’m sorry. they held me back, and the bus missed a light when it shouldn't have. i swear it won’t happen again. i’m so sorry."

"hey, don't worry, i just got here myself." he comforted you as he pulled two pairs of sterile gloves out of his pocket and offered them to you, perfectly bagged. "look, with these, we can hold hands until we touch the cart."

but there was still more to be ruined.

refrigerators were at their usual 20W per meter of LED strip; aisles at 50W per linear LED tube; checkout counters at 60W per overhead LED fixture. there were the 14.4W per meter lights with a CRI in the butcher section, designed to make the meat look fresher than it actually was. those same lights at 4,000K to inhibit melatonin –keeping you alert– and inciting you to shop faster.

but the store was too loud. and they’ve changed the layout of the produce section.

you were standing in front of the apples, frozen. the red delicious were where the granny smiths used to be. it was wrong. it was so wrong.

"hey."

a large, cool hand slided into yours, gloved fingers interlocking with yours. satoru leaned down, his sunglasses sliding down his nose so you could see those crystalline eyes. he was holding a bag of those ridiculous expensive sweets he liked –but you hated so much, because they had excessive sugar, and excess sugar could lead to increased triglycerides, rotten teeth, bad breath, or worse... diseases like diabetes.

"they're just playing a prank on us." he whispered, his voice a conspiratorial silk. "the grocery store manager? total jerk. did it just to mess with my favorite person."

he gently steered you away from there.

"we don't need apples today." he decided firmly. "apples are mid. we’re a peach household now. or maybe we just go home and order from the one place you trust, where nothing moves unless we tell it to."

-

satoru knew that after a big ‘episode’, you felt drained.

so when you were back at the apartment, he ushered you to the sofa. he knew the ‘safe’ blanket was the grey one, not the white one (white just gets dirty too easily). he put on a movie you’ve seen a thousand times because ‘new’ equals ‘unpredictable’, and unpredictable is a four-letter word in your house.

he was sitting behind you, his long legs spread so you could sit between them, your back against his chest. he was brushing your hair. he was surprisingly good at it –gentle, rhythmic, careful not to snag.

"you're doing so good, babe." he murmured, his breath tickling your ear.

"i feel like a burden." you whispered, the honesty slipping out in the dark. "i know it’s annoying. having to check the locks. having to wait for me to finish my counts."

satoru stopped brushing. he leaned forward, resting his chin on your shoulder.

"that’s not it." he said, and the playful edge was gone. "everyone has a rhythm. yours is just
complex. like a jazz solo. it takes a little more practice to play along with, but the music is way better."

he kissed your temple.

"i don't 'adjust' to you because i have to. i do it because i like the way our life looks. i like that our towels are always fluffy. i like that i always know where my keys are. and i like you. more than that: i love you."

you turned in his arms, burying your face in his neck. he smelled like vanilla and petrichor.

"i love you too." you mumbled.

"i know, how could you not?" he smirked, the classic satoru ego returning. "now, do you need to go check the front door one more time so we can actually sleep, or are we good for the night?"

you hesitated. the ‘itch’ was there at the back of your skull. is the bolt turned all the way? what if it's only 90%?

"one more time, please."

satoru stood up, offering his hand. "let’s go, then. race you to the hallway. if i win, i get to choose the cereal tomorrow. if you win, i also choose the cereal because i have the best taste, but i'll let you organize the boxes by expiration date."

you rolled your eyes, but you took his hand anyway.

-

you were awake. you were thinking about the kitchen sink. did you dry the faucet? if water sat on the chrome, it’d leave a spot. if there’s a spot, bacteria might grow. if bacteria grows–

a heavy, warm hand landed on your hip. satoru was half-asleep, his white hair a bird’s nest against the light-pink pillowcase.

"the sink is fine." he mumbled, eyes closed.

"how did you know?"

"i saw you do it. three times. it’s the shinest sink in japan. maybe the world."

he pulled you closer, tucking your head under his chin.

"go to sleep." he grunted. "if the sink grows a soul and tries to attack us, i’ll fight it off. i’m strong. the strongest."

you huffed a laugh, the tension leaving your shoulders just a little bit. you still felt the itch to get up. you still felt the ‘stickiness’ in your brain. but satoru was heavy and warm and there, and he decided that he’d rather live in your a world full of bleach and soap than a world without you in it.

-

satoru had learned to walk on eggshells. he had to learn the "decontamination" sequence.

  1. shoes off at the matte-pink line.
  2. clothes in the bin.
  3. straight to the shower.
  4. scrub for ten minutes.
  5. put on the ‘indoor’ clothes.

in the beginning, he did it with a grin. "anything for my queen." he’d say, snapping a playful salute before stripping down.

but patience wasn’t infinite. it’d been six months of this. six months of him not being allowed to touch his own kettle without a lecture. six months of him seeing you cry because he dropped some coins that ultimately required a two-hour deep clean of the entire living room.

he was tired. you could see it in the way his shoulders sag when he was standing at the sink, washing his hands for the third time because you ‘didn't see him use enough soap’ the first time. the sweetheart was still there, but he was fraying at the edges.

-

intimacy was the most complicated part of all.

there was the ‘before’. shower had to happen. sheets had to be fresh. teeth had to be brushed and rinsed with mouthwash. STD exams had to be performed once a week, and show the results before anything could happen (you couldn’t risk it).

during, a different condom had to be used for oral (chocolate or mango flavored), another neutral synthetic one for vaginal, and a third in case his member stayed out for more than ten seconds –because it could get contaminated– or if you felt like trying anal.

it was exhausting. it killed the mood faster than anything.

there were nights in the beginning where satoru would try to initiate something –a hand sliding up your thigh, a neck kiss– and you would freeze. did he wash his hands after he used his phone? he was scrolling tiktok for twenty minutes. did he clean it at least with 70% isopropyl alcohol, or did he just wipe it with a cloth?

you’d pull away, and the look of rejection on his face broke your heart every single time. he’d look at his own hands like they were poisonous.

today was thursday, the day you were allowed to have sex.

the apartment was glowing in that soft, strawberry light. you stepped out of the shower after an intense session of cold wax strips. every hair was removed from the root, and you used a brand-new razor just to make sure not a single one remained. satoru was in bed, waiting for you with a smile.

he waited patiently for you to start the timer and begin drying each of your toes –9.5 seconds for each one– because leaving even a single millimeter of moisture could encourage onychomycosis. feet had to be dry, perfectly dry.

he reached out, his thumb catching your jawline. he leaned in, kissing you. it was slow, flavored with the peppermint gum he chewed –and you did your best not to feel uncomfortable.

his hand slowly moved, sliding down your arm, his palm brushing against your hand.

you flinched.

"wait." you whispered, your heart starting to race. "satoru, wait."

"i washed, babe." he said, his voice a little flatter than usual. "i took a twenty-minute shower. i used the scrub you like."

"i know, but your hand... you touched the remote earlier. the one i haven't wiped since four o'clock."

satoru froze. he didn’t pull away, but he stopped. he looked at his hand. then he looked at you. there was a look in his blue eyes that wasn’t roguish anymore. it was a profound, heavy exhaustion.

"it’s just a remote." he said quietly.

"it’s not 'just' a remote, satoru. do you know how long it takes for the bacteria on the remote to spread? between 50% and 90% of the load is transferred instantaneously, within 3 to 5 seconds. so, if bacteria is on the remote, it’s on you, and now it’s on me, and i have to–"

"you don't have to do anything." he interrupted, and his voice had a rare, sharp edge. "we’re not in a petri dish. we’re having a moment. we were finally, for five minutes, not thinking about germs. can't we just... stay here?"

"i can't." your reaction was almost annoyed, as if what he was saying was completely absurd. "i have to wash. i have to."

when you scrambled off bed, he did too, but his grip kept you from taking a single step.

"no, you’re not going anywhere." he exhaled in frustration. his glare felt like being pierced by a thousand needles.

"satoru, let me go." you warned, on the verge of a breakdown. he wasn’t hurting you physically, but he was preventing you from running toward the only thing that would give you any kind of relief.

"no, enough is enough." he grabbed you by the shoulders and you stifled a scream. bacteria were now feasting on your freshly polished skin. "you’re too smart not to understand this is a problem. that you have a problem."

"satoru, please, let me go." you pleaded in a whimper, turning your head so that not a single drop of saliva landed on your face. "let me go now!"

he let go. he didn’t just let go; he pulled his hands back like he’d been burned. he watched as you ran to the bathroom. he listened to the familiar sound of the faucet. thud. splash. scrub.

fifteen minutes later, you were still in the bathroom.

turns out, a cleaning does hurt sometimes.

you’d washed your hands so many times the skin on your wrists was starting to slough off in tiny, white flakes. the water was too hot. you knew it was too hot because the steam was thick enough to choke on, but ‘hot’ meant ‘sterile’.

you were crying, but you couldn’t stop. there was soap on your collarbones, a sign that you tried to scrub his touch off your shoulders. in fact, the lather spread all across your arm. water was spilling everywhere onto the floor you cleaned so meticulously, right along with your tears. it hit the open wounds like battery acid.

the count wasn’t ending. you were stuck in a loop. one, two, three. again. one, two, three.

the door didn’t just swung open; it banged against the pink wall with a sound like a gunshot.

his face was a mask of absolute, clinical terror.

your hands didn’t look like hands anymore.

your skin was gone in patches –bright, wet, meat-red ovals where the outer layers had sloughed away completely. around the edges of those patches, the remaining epidermis clung in ragged, translucent fringes, like wet tissue paper that was starting to curl and lift. between the raw spots, it was swollen, waxy-white, and puckered from the endless water (the way fingertips look after half an hour in the bath –except this had been rougher and much hotter).

thin, watery scarlet streaks ran down the backs of your hands, pooled briefly in the webbing between fingers, then slid into the creases of your palms and disappeared. every time you flexed, fresh pinprick beads surfaced along the frayed edges and the deeper fissures across your knuckles. the strawberry soap liquid had turned the runoff pale pink and frothy in the sink.

those cracks were the worst part. they spiderwebbed across every joint, every crease, every place the skin had to bend. some were hairline, some were gaping wet chaps (maybe two millimeters) wide that exposed pale-yellow fat underneath. when you scrubbed (and you were still scrubbing, mechanically, because stopping felt more dangerous than continuing), they’d tore wider; you could actually watch the edges separate a fraction more with each pass of your nails.

underneath, the quicks were shredded and inflamed; they looked bruised, purplish-red. there was soap foam caught under them too, white and stubborn, because no amount of picking and digging had gotten it all out. your cuticles didn’t exist anymore –just ragged, bloody gutters where they used to be.

the whole surface of your hands and halfway up your forearms was an inflamed, mottled lobster-red that blanched to white when you pressed on it, then flooded back darker. capillaries had burst in little constellations across the backs of your knuckles.

for a fraction of a second, his soul left his body.

"get away from the sink!" he shouted.

"they’re not clean yet, i just need–"

"i said cut it off!" he strode over, his large hand reaching out to kill the faucet. the sudden silence in the room was deafening.

the sink was a watercolor mess of diluted blood, bubbles, and soap scum clinging to the porcelain.

"i wasn’t finished!" your voice trembled with a mix of anger and heartbreak. "you interrupted the count. now i have to start over."

"you are not starting over!" he grabbed the soap dispenser and set it violently on the far end of the counter, out of your reach. "look at me! look at what you’re doing!"

"they're dirty!" you wailed, trying to pull away. "they’re still dirty!"

"they’re bleeding!" he roared. the sound echoes off the pink tiles, sharp and terrifying. it was the first time he had ever raised his voice at you.

"i’m just cleaning!" you screamed back, frustration finally boiling over. "i’m trying to keep this place clean. i want it to be clean!"

"i don't want it clean!" satoru’s voice broke, his anger suddenly melting into a jagged, raw desperation. "i want you!"

"but I’m not clean!" your screech exploded, uncontrollable. you were sobbing with such agonizing intensity that your legs gave out, and he caught you, anchoring you before you could collapse –and this time, you didn’t push him away. "i’m dirty, satoru! i’m so dirty! it won’t go away, the filth won't go away! i just want to be clean, i disgust myself!"

satoru’s chest was heaving. you couldn’t see it, but there was a lump in his throat that threatened to strip him of his voice.

"i’m so sorry." you shrieked, burying your face in your arms. "i’m so dirty, i’m so dirty, i’m so dirty–"

he looked around the bathroom –at the rows of antiseptic, the three different types of bleach, the ‘safe’ towels. he looked back at you, and for the first time, you saw a flicker of something that looked like defeat.

"you’re not dirty. you’re just sick." he finally whispered. "i can't do this anymore."

he grabbed a clean towel –not the ‘safe’ one, just a random one– and wrapped it around your ruined hands, holding them tight against his sternum.

"you’re killing yourself. and watching you do it is killing me.” he sobbed, looking away. “i thought i could be enough. and i love you too much to watch you wash yourself away until there’s nothing left."

your heart dropped into your stomach. it was the most serious you had ever heard him in your life.

"what are you saying?" you gasped, trembling.

"look around. this isn't a home. it’s a hospital where no one ever gets better."

you actually looked around at your strawberry sanctuary –the pink tiles, the pink walls, the pink sink, the pink soap. it was beautiful. it was perfect. it was so clean it reflected you back... and you didn’t like what you saw.

"tomorrow morning, we’re going to the psychiatrist." he said. it was not a suggestion. "i already called. no arguments. no ‘one last wash’. i don't care if you hate me for it. i don't care if you scream the whole way there. i don’t care if i have to tie you up and carry you, or drag you there. i am taking you to a doctor. we are going to get you on meds, and we are going to therapy. because i’m losing you, and i refuse to let that happen."

his voice softened just a fraction, though the steel remained.

the silence that followed was sterile, heavy. the ‘perfect’ life you tried to build had finally crumbled. the pink dream was over –and neither the smell of bleach nor the bactericides could make you fall back to sleep.

"okay." you sighed, leaning your forehead against his collarbone. the thought of a clinic –the shared chairs, the air filtered through vents you couldn’t tell if they had been properly scrubbed, the doctor’s hands that had touched a dozen other patients– sent a cold wave of nausea through you. if you took the meds, you would be defenseless.

but for him, you’d try. and then, you’d try for yourself.

"okay, satoru."

he nodded, kissing your forehead with such tenderness, as if you might crumble in his arms. he could not wait for the morning to come so he could finally start saving you for real.

and as satoru carried you out of the bathroom and into the dark bedroom, you realized that for the first time in months, you didn't check the light switch on the way out.

A/N: some short hc's about dilf!satoru :3. I really liked writing this, if you have any wishes, tell me, my recs are open :D. Take care and stay safe. mwah mwah -> m.list Satoru around early forties and reader mid twenties

âœȘ Dilf!Satoru who has grown into an older, devastatingly fine man, the kind of man age has only sharpened instead of softened, but whose body now quietly carries the weight of everything Jujutsu Society demanded from him in his youth, the exhaustion settling into his bones on nights when there’s no lover beside him to chase the cold away.

âœȘ Dilf!Satoru whose fingers are longer and slightly thicker than they used to be, roughened by years of fighting and training, whose shoulders have broadened into something sturdier and more imposing, yet who doesn’t mind the change at all because it makes the way you fit against him feel even more right.

âœȘ Dilf!Satoru who still wears that infuriatingly boyish grin, the one that makes women stumble over their words and forget their own names, who spends obscene amounts of money on useless luxuries simply because he can and because no one ever taught him what to do with wealth that vast besides waste it.

âœȘ Dilf!Satoru who, in a rare moment of vulnerability, asks Dilf!Nanami what he should do with his life and his money, and Dilf!Nanami, loyal, and far too used to cleaning up after him- introduces him to you on a blind date arranged through a friend.

âœȘ Dilf!Satoru who knows he is completely and utterly ruined the moment he sees you sitting there in that elegant restaurant you never imagined you would step foot in, the way you giggle shyly at something he says, the way your eyes look at him not with fear or expectation but with curiosity and warmth.

âœȘ Dilf!Satoru who initially feels uncomfortable about the age gap, who worries that he is being selfish, that he should know better, but who finds that you make everything feel lighter and easier, understanding both his childish love for sweets and the parts of him that still act like a reckless teenager despite the years. :(

âœȘ Dilf!Satoru who, without hesitation, pays your university fees in full on an ordinary Thursday afternoon, brushing it off like it’s nothing while your heart races at the gesture, your legs clenching. How embarrassing for you to feel like that in this moment!

âœȘ Dilf!Satoru whose fists clench when strangers assume you are his daughter, whose annoyance melts into something smug and possessive as he pulls you close and kisses you firmly enough to silence their whispers.

âœȘ Dilf!Satoru who becomes protective to the point of obsession, whose Six Eyes are always alert and searching for you in every crowded space because the thought of a curse, or anything, touching you without him knowing makes his chest tighten with fear. He just cares for you so much :(

âœȘ Dilf!Satoru who loves taking you shopping and buying everything from your carefully curated Pinterest wishlist, who flies you across oceans just to see the countries you once mentioned in passing, who thrills at the way you smile when he spoils you because, selfishly, he loves knowing he can give you the world. It turns him spending his money for your liking

âœȘ Dilf!Satoru who praises you endlessly for your hard work at university, who waits up for you with warm meals and insists on long, comforting movie nights when you’re overwhelmed, who supports your independence even as he quietly aches to keep you close.

âœȘ Dilf!Satoru who realizes one day that it was never about the empty bed or the money sitting untouched in his accounts, but about you-about the way you see him as a man instead of a weapon, about the way you make him feel chosen rather than needed.

âœȘ Dilf!Satoru who cries during your arguments when you tell him to stop spending so much on you because you love him for who he is and not what he can provide, who drops to his knees not out of weakness but out of emotion as you kiss his tears away and whisper sweet nothings against his skin.

âœȘ Dilf!Satoru who holds your hips tightly as if afraid you might slip through his fingers, who stayed when others left, who celebrated every tiny milestone in your life because loving you made him softer in ways he never thought possible.

âœȘ Dilf!Satoru who is now secretly searching the world for the perfect ring, visiting jewelers in cities you once said you wanted to see, because for the first time in his long life, he just wants to be yours, and for you to be his, forever.
