I started watching Bai Yu's drama TWBFLX last night - it's an ancient times spy drama in which his character (Xun Xu) is sent to investigate his brother-in-law (played by Chen Kun), who's undercover in a rival kingdom and suspected of having betrayed important secrets.

[Edit: cousin-in-law? He's married to Xun Xu's cousin, anyway.]

Here's the link - it's going to be released onto iqiyi for free one episode a day (excluding Mondays and Tuesdays.)

The first episode was a bit dour and mainly full of men with beards looking serious, but ep two definitely picks up (helped by there being much more Bai Yu in that ep!)

Is anyone else watching?

I'm honestly TORN b/c I really want to see BY in an historical again but I'm absolutely positive that this is gonna have a tragic and heartbreaking ending...so I'm going to wait, I think. ;_;

From switching to the Chinese subs and then looking in pleco I think it might be more like "spice bag"? But that sub is kind of hilariously non-specific.
