    With generous support from the @Korea_Leb_Syr , @WHO in collaboration with the @SyrMOfH, has delivered 35 dialysis machines to hospitals and dialysis centres in Rural Damascus, Ar-Raqqa and Deir-ez-Zor, helping sustain life-saving treatment for thousands of patients across Syria.

    With support from @eu_echo, @WHO delivered 100,000+ dialysis sessions across Syria this month, with 65,000 more on the way. The support also enabled the delivery of 10 dialysis machines to Homs Grand Hospital, helping people living with kidney disease access the care they need.

    The @SyrMOfH, with @WHO, concluded a workshop with over 75 participants to finalize Syria’s 2026–2030 Substance Use & Addiction Response Strategy. The strategy will guide coordinated action to improve access to quality health services and reduce health impacts of substance use.
