    During heatwaves, check regularly on older people and those with chronic conditions, especially if they live alone. Help them stay cool, drink water, avoid direct sun, and seek medical help if they feel dizzy, confused, very weak, or faint.

    أثناء موجات الحر، تفَقَّد أحوال كبار السن وذوي الحالات الصحية المزمنة بانتظام، خصوصًا إذا كانوا يعيشون بمفردهم. ساعدهم على الحفاظ على برودة أجسامهم، وشرب الماء، وتجنب التعرض للشمس المباشرة، والتماس المساعدة الطبية إذا شعروا بالدوار أو التشوش أو الوهن الشديد أو الإغماء.

    Fear and stigma can delay lifesaving care. When cancer is treated as a taboo subject people may skip screenings and ignore warning signs. But with early detection, many cancers are treatable. Open conversations, awareness and sharing stories of recovery can help break stigma
