Ruth Main was the second child of Jeremiah Main Jr. and Abigail (Worden) Main, and was born 12 Dec 1729 in Stonington, Connecticut.
She married Bell York Sr. on 18th February 1747 in Stonington, Connecticut. They had thirteen children.
Ruth (Main) York died 10 Oct 1812 in North Stonington, and was interred in Breed-Brown Cemetery, North Stonington, New London County, Connecticut, USA: Find A Grave: Memorial #20772488
