More animal illustrations. Iβve wanted to draw Japanese resident killer whales for a long time. Theyβre probably my favorite residents, because they seem even longer and more streamlined than other populations, for some reason. That and their fins and flippers look bigger. I also love how some have very skinny eyepatches. Overall, very beautiful whales and definitely on my bucket list of populations I need to see in person.

why is being sent to the seaside no longer a medical prescription. i know it would fix me.
I miss my mama, I miss the rhythmic thudding of her heart beating, I miss the warmth and safety of her presence.
I miss swimming with my pod as a calf, I miss the warmth of brushing against her and feeling her comfort.
I am lucky to have a wonderful mama in my human life but I miss my old mama too.
