The Institute of International Education (IIE) is seeking proposals from U.S. institutions of higher education to develop a new Flagship Summer Language Program for ROTC students in Arabic, Chinese, Korean, Russian, Spanish, and Swahili. This solicitation is open to all U.S. IHEs with at least one on-campus ROTC unit to provide instruction in at least one of the six specified languages for summer hybrid or overseas programming. This program is open to all ROTC cadets and midshipmen and provides summer training in critical languages.
