We have five colleague-led communities.
These employee network groups are a space for colleagues with lived experience and their allies to come together and celebrate our diversity while actioning changes within the organisation and beyond:

- enable - upholding those living with visible and invisible disabilities
- generations - connecting colleagues of all ages to discuss shared concerns
- LGBTQ+ - celebrating members of the LGBTQ+ community and allies
