The Bethesda.net distribution platform and Steam now are updated to run the game smoothly. Versions of Doom now come with the Bethesda Launcher that has the Unity ports of Ultimate Doom and Doom 2 (Doom and Doom 2: Unity Edition, see changes here). Unity ports of Doom and Doom 2 made for consoles and added them to the Bethesda launcher, making the 90s shooters run at 60fps with widescreen support and an add-ons menu via which you could download popular wads like John Romero's Sigil in-game.

DOOM: Evil Unleashed Revived V 1.6.2 is here!
This version for the mod doesn't really add any new features, instead it fixes some problems that version 1.6.0 had, some of these problems include:
-Some missing sprites
-A tiny error that a weapon haves
-Missing sounds
-And several small problems with the EURtest.wad file
But in this version all of that is now fixed.
I also have to announce that a brand new version is being worked on which this version will add:
