Which AI tools really help?

Lately, I’ve been thinking about a question: Which AI tools actually help?

Nowadays, AI tools are flying all over the world, and the publicity is very attractive. Each one claims that it can improve efficiency and liberate creativity. But after actually trying it, some tools were not intuitive enough, some had limited effects, and even increased my workload. Therefore, I always try new tools with a skeptical attitude.

But recently, my friend recommend me to try Gamma if I create PowerPoint or pitch frequently. To be honest, this is one of the few tools that made me feel "Wow!" and it really helped me solve the pain points of presentations.

As someone who often needs to turn ideas into plans or presentations, making PPT is my daily tool. But briefings actually take a lot of time, especially when these things are overwhelming:

- How to arrange the content structure in the most convincing way?

- To make the design look professional and beautiful, it must also fit the theme.

- The requirements suddenly change and the entire briefing has to be redone. The time pressure makes people almost collapse!

Anyone who has actually done a briefing should understand these pains.

How has Gamma helped me?

The process of using Gamma was really refreshing for me. I only need to enter my idea or proposal summary, and Gamma is like an assistant who understands me very well and organizes the entire brief for me. Here’s what I think is the best thing about it:

1. The content structure is super clear

I enter a few key points, and Gamma automatically generates a logical and smooth presentation structure. It feels like I have a professional presentation consultant.

2. The design looks professional

No more time spent mixing colors, adjusting images and text, Gamma's preset designs are beautiful and perfectly meet my requirements for a professional presentation.

3. Easy and fast to modify

Sometimes, I find something is wrong in the middle of the presentation. Gamma can quickly help me adjust the content structure, and even the layout will be automatically updated together, which improves the efficiency several times!

4. Help me save a lot of time

Making a beautiful briefing might have taken two or three hours before, but now with Gamma, it can be done in about 20 minutes. This allows me to spend more time on more important things, like optimizing proposal content or preparing for a presentation.

Reasons I really recommend

I've recently used Gamma for some important briefings, including investment proposals, project planning and client proposals, and received great feedback each time. A colleague said to me: "Your presentation looks very professional and the structure is very clear!" I secretly smiled in my heart at that time. In fact, a lot of the credit goes to Gamma.

For me, Gamma makes the hassle of briefings easy and enjoyable. This is a tacit understanding of "you focus on the content, and it helps you figure out the form."

Final experience sharing

There are so many AI tools now, and we really need to choose those tools that "really help ourselves" rather than things that increase our workload. Gamma is such a tool that can really help. It makes me feel that technology is here to assist us in expressing our creativity, rather than taking away the space for creativity.

If you are like me and need to give frequent presentations, or find it painful to do presentations, I really recommend that you try Gamma, maybe it will make your work easier.
