Do It Now

Tonight…after two months of the lockdown, my wife an I went on a date.

I realized how precious life is with all its goodness, its social subtleties, and the…little, but truly inordinate, things that make us happy, the things we used to take for granted.

A little bit of a music in the background,

a conversation just between of us,

just watching people around,

saying ‘thank you’ to the waiter,

having a bite of a nice meal that you didn’t work to prepare,

and, purely soaking in the ambiance of the intricate simplicity

and the social noise that’s, while so utterly insignificant,

yet, so emotionally desirable, and needed, for us to be…who we are.

Take the time to do it…do it now…well, if your county allows you to, and have a blast! 😉

Cheers.

It’s always important to spend quality time with our loved ones
