REVELXP is a premier sports hospitality company. We work with hundreds of college and professional teams and major sporting events to deliver exceptional fan experiences, including full-service tailgates, premium hospitality events and exclusive ticket packages. In addition to managing fan experience offerings, we also provide comprehensive hospitality solutions to our team and event partners with event staffing, event management, premium hospitality management and venue installations.

REVELxp is looking for an experienced revenue-minded individual to lead a team to sell premium hospitality experiences to corporations nationwide. As the Vice President of Hospitality Sales, you will oversee sales efforts for the REVELxp RESERVE Program, and report directly to the Senior Vice President, Revenue. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and strategic leader who is passionate about developing their own sales teams, driving revenue, creating elite VIP experiences, and leading successful sales strategies in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter with a passion for leadership, sales and a strong desire to build relationships with the country’s top organizations.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Strategize and execute sales campaigns surrounding luxury hospitality packages to iconic nationwide events.
- Develop and grow relationships to generate new leads, referrals, and sales channels through professional and personal networks, and proactively soliciting and following-up on sales leads.
- Lead prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, database management
- Recruit, hire, train, manage, supervise, motivate, develop and lead a team of experienced sales professionals.
- Provide input on sales collateral and marketing materials
- Provide sales reports to the executive team regarding revenue generation, activities, and pipeline.
- Utilize sales enablement tools and provide execution strategies for the sales team.
WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT CANDIDATE?
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of prior experience in event, sponsorship and/or premium sales.
- 3-5 years leadership, management and supervisory experience.
- Self-motivation that drives individual results while being a strong team player.
- Possess a high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive “can-do” attitude.
- Effectively communicate in verbal and written forms.
- Ability to manage and coach various levels of team members.
