AI Integration: • Integrated AI into pricing to highlight pricing sweet spots for maximum competitiveness • Implemented for enhanced document processing and analysis • Developed AI presentations to elevate marketing and client presentations • Rolling out AI training at all organizational levels Infrastructure Overhauls: • Transitioning teams off old tech for direct Encompass access and improved efficiency • Launched (ASMC Hub) • Implemented modern appraisal engine providing greater visibility throughout the process Strategic Market Expansion: • Added three new investors, including close CP partnership and a new delegated investor. • Executed our first builder commitments, expanding market reach • Refined non-QM processes for smoother transactions • Opened two new markets. Team Development: • Enhanced underwriting support with weekly searchable Non-QM and Jumbo workbooks • Hosted LOA roundtables for peer learning and best practice sharing • Conducted top producer roundtables with industry insights • Added support personnel to the secondary team • Identified LO specialties to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing Partnership & Integration Success: • Achieved full integration with the title and HOI company, distributing returns via 401(k) plans • Maintained 2024 commitment fee levels despite expanded services • Created marketing swag site for branded materials • Delivered new reporting to identify valid referral partners Results: >1 in 4 of our LOs earned Scotsman's Guide recognition > Average LO closing triple the industry average Pro Tip: Take time to share the behind-the-scenes work. It builds trust, shows investment in their success, and helps them understand that leadership is actively working FOR them.
