Last Updated: November 22nd, 2025 These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of JazzTimes.com and its related sites, digital products, magazine subscriptions, contests, and services (“Site”). The Site is operated by BGFG (“Jazz Times”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the Site, subscribe to the magazine, or enter contests.

5.2 License You Grant to Us

By submitting User Content (including contest entries), you grant Jazz Times a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Display the content on our Site

  • Publish it in the magazine (print + digital)

  • Share it on our social channels

  • Use it to promote the contest, magazine, or Site

  • Store, archive, and reproduce it as needed for these purposes

This license is perpetual for contest winners and revocable for non-winning content upon request, except where required for archival, legal, or editorial continuity. We will never sell your photos to third parties without your explicit permission.

5.3 Your Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

  • You created the content or have the rights to submit it

  • The content does not violate any third-party rights

  • The content complies with contest rules and these Terms

We may remove or decline to publish any content at our discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws

  • Upload harmful software or disrupt the Site

  • Interfere with or harm the Site’s functionality
