This license is perpetual for contest winners and revocable for non-winning content upon request, except where required for archival, legal, or editorial continuity. We will never sell your photos to third parties without your explicit permission.

5.3 Your Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:
  • You created the content or have the rights to submit it

  • The content does not violate any third-party rights

  • The content complies with contest rules and these Terms

We may remove or decline to publish any content at our discretion.
