Data Platform
Establish sustainable improvements in ClinGen cross-organization development team communication and coordination to realize an integrated system of products that on whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
The DP is comprised of the development team members across all of the software products being developed to deliver ClinGen's aims. The software products and teams are owned by either Stanford, Baylor, Geisinger/Broad, or UNC. The DP also addresses external product integrations that are core to data platform workstreams, namely ClinVar.
