Landmark Healthcare Facilities, in partnership with Lee Health, has begun construction on a new outpatient healthcare facility for the Southwest Florida community. The 60,000-square-foot, two-story development will provide pediatric surgery space, specialty care clinics, and endoscopy suites while also supporting Lee Health’s graduate medical education residency program including a family medicine clinic. “Every aspect of this building was planned with functionality and patient experience in mind,” said Deeni Taylor, Chairman and CEO of Landmark Healthcare Facilities. “Its integrated design brings together specialized, high-quality care and the education of future physicians within a centralized healthcare setting. The building is located adjacent to Lee Health’s HealthPark Medical Center and Golisano Children’s Hospital, one of the region’s primary healthcare hubs. Designed to serve patients, families, and Lee Health staff, the facility will feature a centralized main entrance to streamline access and improve the patient experience. The first floor will include a pediatric surgery center, endoscopy suites, and associated clinical and support spaces. The second floor will include Lee Health’s graduate medical education program clinic and include an expansive lobby, exam and treatment rooms, and additional patient care space. MILWAUKEE, WI – As Memorial Day approaches, ValorTech, a leading provider of Military-Grade IT support and cybersecurity solutions, is proud to announce its main sponsorship of 102.9 The Hog’s Special Troop Salute. To kick off the commemorative event, ValorTech CEO Bryan Sevener will make a special live appearance on the Bob & Brian morning show this Thursday, May 21st at 6:15 AM. The Troop Salute holds profound personal significance for Sevener, whose background shaped the very foundation of his company. A proud veteran who served in the infantry and artillery, Sevener understands firsthand that military service leaves an indelible mark. "You may take off the uniform, but the responsibility, the discipline, the loyalty, and the commitment to the people around you do not just disappear," Sevener noted. ValorTech’s identity as a veteran-owned business is far more than a marketing tagline. The company was built from the ground up on the core military principles of readiness, accountability, and bringing overwhelming force to solve problems. Before his military service, Sevener grew up in a hardworking environment, taking apart and troubleshooting old electronics on the manufacturing floor alongside his father. The military added a critical layer of discipline, teaching him how to plan, attack the problems in front of him, and adapt when plans inevitably go sideways. Today, that exact troubleshooting mindset drives ValorTech. The team provides security-first managed services, taking compliance, risk, and operational resilience seriously to protect businesses. But beyond the technology, ValorTech is a company built around people. They are known for doing the hard thing before it becomes an emergency and serving as a true partner that takes ownership rather than passing the buck. During his segment with Bob & Brian, Sevener will discuss the importance of the Troop Salute, reflect on his own service, and share how the lessons he learned in the military continue to shape his leadership and ValorTech’s mission today. Listeners are encouraged to tune in to 102.9 The Hog at 6:15 AM on Thursday, May 21st to hear the interview. Immediately following the broadcast, ValorTech will release an exclusive blog post penned by Sevener on their website. The piece will dive deeper into his personal journey, from taking apart mechanical systems as a kid to serving his country, and ultimately exploring why supporting our troops matters now more than ever. Enviro-Safe Resource Recovery was formed in 2002 by Jeff Vilione and Dawn Zellmer-Vilione. This husband-and-wife team believed there was a better way to offer sustainable environmental services in the waste industry. This belief and determination have led the company from a 10’x10’ bedroom in Brookfield, WI, to our current 45,000 sq ft state-of-the-art, fully licensed hazardous waste treatment, storage, and disposal facility (TSDF) in Germantown, WI. Enviro-Safe is authorized to handle a wide range of hazardous waste from various industries, including chemical manufacturing, life science, pharmaceutical, paints & coatings, printing, among others. In addition to hazardous waste programs, Enviro-Safe provides convenient non-hazardous, universal, and electronic waste recycling programs that are cost-effective and minimize environmental liabilities. Materials like latex paint, rinse waters, used oils, lubricants, batteries, and fluorescent lamps can all be recycled. Unlike other TSDFs, Enviro-Safe provides various waste management and hazardous waste recycling solutions to help reduce waste with proven results and cost-effective programs. Our passion for recycling and offering sustainable solutions has even led us to build a strong network within secondary markets for lightly used chemicals that meet specific parameters for alternative uses rather than disposing of the materials. The environmental professionals at Enviro-Safe have extensive experience in the waste management and recycling industries. They will work with your company to help achieve your sustainability goals while ensuring that all waste is safely transported, treated, and recycled or disposed of in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Enviro-Safe can also assist in providing proper waste determination, profile characterization, sampling if required, analytical testing, approvals, and company-owned transportation services. Enviro-Safe is also committed to community engagement and education. The company regularly participates in community events and initiatives and works to educate the public about the importance of proper waste management and environmental stewardship. Enviro-Safe is proud to be a part of the Germantown community and is dedicated to supporting local organizations and initiatives. Overall, Enviro-Safe Resource Recovery is a trusted partner for businesses and organizations in Wisconsin and the Midwest region and is committed to sustainability and environmental stewardship. The company’s commitment to safety, sustainability, and environmental stewardship makes it a Leader in Sustainability Programs and Waste Management Solutions.
