AWA Enters into Trail License Agreement
The Altoona Water Authority has approved an agreement with West Central Pennsylvania Off-Highway Motorcycle Association that allows the association’s development of a trail network on authority property located between Sugar Run and Lake Altoona and the Impounding Dam reservoir. West Central Pennsylvania Off-Highway Motorcycle (OHM) Association will develop its network slowly, in stages, with the parties gauging its effect on the property and area residents as they proceed.
