So I found this fairly informative guide that I thought might be useful for those of us that are new to the PVP scene. :)

After getting ganked like four times (my own fault, lolz), it's nice to find out that I take zero durability damage from that. 8D

Also, I'd like to set up an RP event soon. The best thing about RP is that there's no level requirement to start and it's pretty fun when people get into it. :D If there's any interest, I would love to help set that up.

Tbelle's RP Guide

This guide is tremendously helpful. I think it's a great resource for starting out and understanding how to roleplay. Particularly, if you're stuck in terms of ideas for Roleplay, I'd highly recommend the section on roleplay ideas. There are some great ones.

The Warcraft History and Lore page is also a great resource in terms of putting your character into a historical context as well as generating ideas. If you're stuck on defining the age of your character, this forum thread on race ages will be helpful.

So since I didn't see any absolute objections over the clarifications/revisions of the Rules, I will assume that that's what you all are okay with. They've been posted on the user info and here beneath the cut. In a few months or so, I'll look back here again and see whether these rules need to again be changed or amended.

I won't add yet another poll (even though they're so fun to make). I want a response in comments. Is there anything you disagree with or would like to change? Really, I'm quite flexible about this. I'll finalize the rules on Saturday (as long as there are no issues with the rules)

Profession Poll follows. You're not obligated to fill it out but it'd be nice to see who can do what (in case I need to frantically switch a profession to fill in a gap (enchanting rogue ftw, ya?) >_>). Tell me if I'm dumb and forgot to include a profession/class/etc. Thanks. A few more posts will be posted and then I'll stop being annoying and bossy.

In honor of the upcoming Super Tuesday hoopla, the ranks have been re-named to make them more gender neutral and a bit easier to understand. If you have any suggestions for better rank names or would like to suggest an RP backstory , please leave comments here! :D

Reminders: Please be sure to fill out our poll here. This guild is yours as much as it is mine, and I want everyone to be in agreement about our goals and direction for this guild. I will close the poll Saturday and finalize any rule changes and policies. Please provide your input-the faster we get these rules agreed upon, the less QQ there will be in the future. There will be a post detailing the finalized rules and they will be posted in the memories as well.

Tabard design voting is still going on in this post. If you've already voted in the makeshift post in my LJ, you do not need to vote again (unless we get a new submission and you want to change your vote). The last day to submit your tabard design is Friday. Voting will continue until Saturday, 7 server time (the server is PST, so just...continue your familiar time conversion schemes :D).

Addendum: I'd like to suggest a quick rule addition that I would hope no one takes issue with. And that is: Barring any conduct issues, your character(s) will never be removed from guild for as long as you game. Even if you never sign on again or play that character once every eight months, your character will never be removed from the guild. That character (or characters) will always have a home.

P.S. Please feel free to start posting in this community! I don't want to be lecturing at you all day about rules and stuff. :P Start RFC runs! Organize an RP event! Or a PvP event or pre-made! Whatever! :D

P.P.S. I'd like to make as many members as possible have invite access.  So  for now, cabinet members and up, have invite access unless anyone objects or something. Also, please send out the word to other guildies to either be able to see entries here or join this community to keep up with what's happening here. I promise I'll stop spamming you after this week xD. (Also, Faerian, who are you in DotH again? I seem to have forgotten your name >_> Curse my memory!)

Yeah, the almighty guild leader forgets I can make death threats in a completely new and uncensored post. HAH! So, if you don't !@#$ing vote for my ^(&*ing tabard, I'll take my $#%@ing weapon and ram it up your !#$%ing !@#$ so hard !@#$! will come out of your !@#$!@ in mighty gushing rivers of !@#$ing pain, and explorers will drift up it in boats, exclaiming such things as "!@#$, that's a !$#%ing lot of !#$% if I've ever seen it! Hey, who brought the beer?"

(P.S. No, I'm not going to tell you which tabard is mine. If you cannot divine from my almighty mind which is mine, you are unworthy and shall be culled in the next... but I've said too much already. Go back to your lives, citizens. And remember, vote now. Vote often. Vote correctly. Or die painfully and alone.)

This is a collaborative DotH (et al) effort and I will only institute policies and rules that most of us can agree on. Yasura is not DICTATOR (although a cigar and a beard might look fitting on me). :D
