Shortcode and Blocks

Use [knowledgebase] or the Knowledge Base Block to display the knowledge base anywhere you want. The plugin includes five blocks to use in the block or site editor.

Page Templates

The default templates display the article and category archives, as well as search results. You can easily override one or more of them by creating your own templates in your theme’s folder.

Custom CSS Styles

You can easily change the knowledge base’s display using your own custom styles.

Customizable Permalinks

Your knowledge base can be viewed at /knowledgebase/ automatically on activation. You can change this on the Settings page.

Yes. Upgrading to Knowledge Base Pro does not affect your existing articles, sections, or settings. All content remains intact.

Yes. Knowledge Base works with most WordPress themes. You can also override templates in your theme or customize styles using CSS. If your theme doesn’t work with our plugin, get in touch, and I’ll see what we can do.

No. The plugin includes built-in caching and avoids external API calls. Knowledge Base Pro adds additional cache management tools.

Yes, and it doesn’t count towards your license activation limit! Unlimited test, development, and staging sites are included in your license, as long as our system can recognize the site as such.

Licenses are valid for one year and include updates and support. You will receive a friendly reminder email a month prior to the renewal date, giving you enough time to cancel the subscription if you are so inclined.

If you do not renew, the plugin will continue to work, but you will no longer receive updates (including security updates) or support.

Knowledge Base Pro licenses are based on the number of sites where the plugin is active. For large multisite networks, the Agency license covers an unlimited number of sites. The free plugin can be used on a multisite install without a license.
