This site, vulk.dev (hereafter referred to as VULK, site, or website) is owned and operated by Code Ahead Lda (hereafter referred to as VULK, we, or company).
Please carefully read, review, and understand our Terms and Conditions before using any services or products from vulk.dev. Your access to and use of this website and its products indicate that you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should leave the site immediately and not use any of the materials or services available here.
1. Limitation of liability
Under no circumstances shall VULK be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption, arising out of the use, or inability to use, the materials on this site, even if VULK or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment or data, you assume all associated costs.
2. License
VULK services, platforms, and tools are provided under a commercial license agreement. Each subscription or license purchased includes access to updates and support for 365 days from the completion of the order.
License activation is necessary to receive updates and premium support. You are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or offer VULK products or services, modified or unmodified, without our written consent.
3. Ownership and liability
All VULK products, solutions, and materials remain the intellectual property of Code Ahead Lda. You may not claim ownership of our services, whether modified or unmodified. The code generated by VULK on your behalf is yours — export it via GitHub or ZIP whenever you wish.
Our products and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. VULK is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use or inability to use its products.
User accounts and product licenses are non-transferable. For agencies and development partners: please ensure your clients purchase their own licenses if they require direct support access.
4. Refund policy
All fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable. This applies to all subscription plans, renewal charges, and AI generation credits, except as required by mandatory local law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund — your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
5. Warranty
VULK services are provided without any warranty, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee full compatibility with all browsers, devices, third-party plugins, or external systems. Before purchasing, you may review demos or contact our support team to verify compatibility with your setup.
6. Account termination and suspension
VULK reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice for reasons including but not limited to:
- Abusive, defamatory, or malicious behavior towards VULK staff or customers
- Spreading false information or misleading reviews
- Unauthorized resale, distribution, or promotion of competitor products
- Involvement in hacking, spamming, piracy, or illegal activities
- Security threats due to account compromise or unauthorized sharing
- Violations of OFAC / EU sanctions regimes
- Generation of malware, phishing kits, or content targeting minors sexually
7. Acceptable use
You may use VULK to build any application that complies with these Terms and applicable law. You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of the platform itself
- Use the service to create competing AI app-builders
- Bypass rate limits, abuse the Free plan, or use multiple accounts to circumvent paid features
- Use generated code to infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
8. Privacy policy
We value your privacy. VULK does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the service. Your data is used solely for purposes such as:
- Order processing and account management
- Billing disputes and fraud prevention
- Service improvement and analytics (with consent where required)
- Legal compliance (responses to lawful requests)
By using VULK services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Payments and billing
All payments are processed by Stripe under PCI-DSS compliance. We accept all major cards in EUR, USD, and GBP based on your detected country. Plans bill monthly (Builder €19.99 / Pro €39.99 / Max €199 / Team €79.99 / Business €299) at the standard price from the first day; the Free plan is free. Cancel any time in Settings → Billing.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes are heard by the courts of Vila do Conde, PT. EU consumers retain their statutory rights (Directive 2011/83/EU and successors).
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
