Time For a Change...

Just letting you know that I did a friends cut.

If you have any reason in why you think you should stay, please let me know and I'll think about it.

It's really nothing against you, it's just kinda obvious that you don't bother to read or even talk to me anymore. Again, if you think that you should stay, let me know and we can talk about it.

Consider it a...temporary removal. Please don't get offended by this, as I feel that you should be understanding in my decision for a temporary removal. If you do get offended, then certain things have been confirmed. Again, if you get offended...we'll have a little chat.

Thank you for your time, if you even read this, and have a wonderful day.

Looking for band members...

I'll be posting this again at least once every 2-3 weeks so that it's up for people to see in case they missed it.

Okay I am starting a band and I am looking for members. Anyone that lives in the state of New York area, preferably near Ithaca or Cortland in the state of New York in the US. I've been wanting to make one for a very long time now.

I'm interested in playing many covers by other bands, but we won't be a complete cover band, but I would like to start off with a few covers, then make our own music, of course.

I myself, do vocals, but I'd be willing to play bass as well, though I'd need lessons. I'd like to be able to switch between vocalists, letting someone else take over every once in a while to give them a chance, if any of the other members are interested. I mainly do growling/screaming, but to give the vocals a rest, I'd be willing to switch to bass and do backup and/or softer vocals.

I am looking for a lead guitarist, a bassist, a rhythm guitarist, and a drummer.

Music Influences:
Dir en grey
lynch.
Buck Tick
DEATHGAZE
D
Silver Ash
ARCH ENEMY
A lot of others, as well. (American bands included.)

Requirements:
1. Passionate about Jrock music as well as open-minded about other foreign music.
2. Committed to practice regularly in the Ithaca or Cortland area, (At least once during the week.)
3. Able to take time off work/school to occasionally to travel to gigs. (If we ever do.)
4. Drummer must have own drum set.
5. Cooperative.
6. Good practicing ethics.
7. Be serious when necessary.
8. Some experience.
9. Play acoustic as well as electric but its okay if you can play either one and not the other.
10. Needs to be familiar with music styles ranging from metal to jazz/funk.
11. PA system.
12. Should be able to provide back up vocals.(Singing screaming, though not necessary if you can't.)
13. Can be used as transportation when needed.
14. Have speakers that have the wattage we need for the type of music that we plan to do.
15. Good with people.
16. Willing to help others.
17. Finally should be able to have fun.

As for ethnicity and gender, it is not important as long as you can play.

If you are interested comment and I'll give you my e-mail address so that we can talk about it further.

Thank you very much for your time.

Anyone know if 風魔 (Fuma) and 繁 (Shigeru) of VIRGENOW are twins?

Their birthdays and blood type are exactly the same. o_O;

Birthday: 11.28
Blood type: A

http://www.virgenow.com/pc/band/in…

Their first PV 「...is dead」 is a really good one for their first PV. :O~~~ (They're in a tunnel, wooo...>.>; And Fuma's hair is...odd...but the growling is really powerful, same with his regular singing voice, which is a switch. Usually you get really powerful growlers/screamers, but their regular singing voice is shit odd. *cough*Natsuki*cough*)

EDIT: The only other info I got was:
Vo— Fuuma (ex.Ebony & Ivory)
Gu— Shigeru (ex.Ebony & Ivory)
Gu— Ta
Ba— Fuyubo (ex.men’s tamago)
Dr— Kyouja (ex. baLetta)

I left a comment on Shattered-Tranquility over here, but my comment has to still go through the moderation process. X_X My comment said: "Jess says: Your comment is awaiting moderation. March 10, 2010 at 1:54 am I love this band already. *heard only 「…is dead」 so far* Does anyone know if Fuuma and Shigeru are brothers/twins? (Same b-day and blood type coincidence? O3O)"

Don't know when to expect an answer/mod acceptance, as all the comments on there were from June 2009. ^^;

But I also took note of the fact that Fuuma and Shigeru were both together in a previous band. >:3

Thank you so very much again, malveillance!!! &hearts &hearts &hearts

Hellz to the yes!!! (I'll have to edit the info when it lets me. X_X)

This is for those that have bandwidth issues. ^_^ (I also have it up on my MySpace and I'm gonna link it in my Facebook, too.) The more exposure, the better, ne?

I also sent it to Fred. XD

EDIT: Does anyone know how YT works with things? Cause my vid's not showing up when I put in 'Arch Enemy - Dead Eyes See No Future (vocal cover)', cause my title is exactly that...yet other peoples' are coming up. T_T I even fixed the tags and shit, too. T_T

...

Back...not that anyone gives a shit.

Here's the longer preview for Dir en grey's newest PV, though I'm pretty sure everyone's already seen it. (Thank you again, simply_aru , for showing my the vid and stuff.) I really can't wait for my copy to get here, now. And yes, I have a new icon.

And I just realized that bakacoconut69 removed me from her list, but I don't know why...I wanna know if I ended up pissing her, as well as others, off again. I tend to do that so well without meaning to.

If I've ever done anything to piss any of you off, please tell me, even if it was from a long time ago...Please tell me so that I don't end up doing it again.

EDIT: 1:37 minute long preview for their single. I'm really really wanting it now. (From here.)
