Hi, my name's Katie, I'm female and 17.
Kay, so now the formalities are done with onto the stuff you really want to know:

Height: 5'4.5 / 5'5
Weight this morning: 141.8lbs (ew I know)
Long Term Goal: 112lbs. 29.8lbs away from that.
Short Term Goal: 125lbs by the start of July. 16.8lbs away from that.

No pictures just yet, I'll post when I have some.
Diet wise I'm trying to watch my calorie intake and for excercise I'm not doing anything much right now due to exams and revision although I am walking home from school, but once exams are over I'll be going to gym about 3 times a week. More if I can.
I usually burn around 300kcal at the gym. :)

I'm so glad I found this community.
I really need people to keep me on track with my weight loss!

Whip me into shape.

My name is Lauren Elizabeth.  I'm eighteen and I live in freezing cold Michigan.  I need to lose all the weight I packed on over the winter before my wedding in July.

I was hoping you guys could try to keep me on track?  That would be awfully nice.  That's... almost 2 pounds per week I need to lose.
I expect once I graduate I will have a bit more time to go to the gym and I'll lose weight, or at least inches, much faster.

Month Zero

Hi everyone. I am doing the whole progression picture journal thing.. I started working out in Spring 2006 and lost 17lbs.. I went away to Europe for a few months and came back recently and wanted to start up again (except this time add strength exercises since before I just walked)..
