New Diet & Exercise Plan - Starting Tonight

This will be a one month trial kind of thing to see how it works. If I make it and like the results, I may stick with it. :)

Water only - Daily
Walk .5, Run 1 mi., Walk .5 - 3x a Week
Alternative - 50 Crunches, 50 Leg Raises Each Side
Breakfast Every Day
No Food after 9 PM
No Junk Food - Maybe Once a Month
Fast Food 2x or Less a Week - Get Healthier Choices

That doesn't seem too hard. Any suggestions? I have 33 pounds to lose and I'd like to get there by May.
