Wednesday, 10 February 2010 13:15I know baseball's probably the last thing on Pittsburghers minds right now, especially when our team sucks so bad, but I wanted to put this out there before I forget.
My 10yo nephew is singing at a Pirates game! Wednesday April 21. I expect it's the National Anthem (did that need to be capitalized?). Anyway, my sister is unable to afford tickets to watch the game - her social work doesn't provide many hours nor pay so well - and she asked if I knew anyone with tickets so she could go. Just 2 tickets would do - her & my nephew. Can you it anyone you know be persuaded to part with two tickets for heartfelt thanks? Let me know.

I'm putting a call out for a group outing to go see the musical "Rent" when it's in Pittsburgh April 14-19 2009. Tickets don't go on sale until February 27. I just read that Adam Pascal and Anthony Rapp (swoon) are going to be in this touring company! I'm so excited!!!
