An introduction to sailing dinghies for complete beginners, covering everything you need to know to get afloat under supervision.
About the Course
Build your confidence and develop your skills. UKSA are offering two days over weekends to gain your Level 1. Learn how to sail in all directions and in light winds, as well as awareness in launching and recovering.
Participants must be aged 18+
- How to sail in all directions, including an awareness of launching and recovering
- Able to sail in light winds under supervision
- Minimum duration – Approximately 2 days, 16 hours or equivalent number of sessions
- If you are looking for a higher level sailing course, please email [email protected] and they can look into this for you.
- Level 2 + Level 3 sail tuition is also available
