Well I am off work adn it's great. My family are away in Florida for two weeks and I have nothing to do. I have spent my morning well part of it downloading clips from last nights west wing becasue we won't get it over here for ages yet and I have to say how sad was it? I don't know how many of you guys watch it but it was so sad.

i am so happy that the writers have put Josh and Donna together. i mena who in their right monds wouldn't have put them together. they are a phenomenal couple no matter what kind of situation you put them in.

I love Alison janney's new look. She suits dark hair. She was only in it for a little bit well the few clips I saw but she looked great. i really love the character of CJ as well.

Okay so enough babbling from me now.

Okay, I'm quoting directly from the JDList here:

So as long as C4 doesn't fall apart at the seams, which has been known

Yes!!! That makes me so unbelievably happy! Then we'll only be something like 1/2 a season behind the US!

If there are other jealous UK fans out there like me, I possibly have good news.
After hearing that there's a scene from 7.1 - The Ticket in the West Wing ads on More4 (haven't noticed it myself) and hearing a rumour that they would show S7 directly after finishing S6, I emailed the Channel 4 viewer enquries, and got this reply:
"We have not confirmed scheduling as yet I'm afraid but we hope to show it asap."
Completely neutral answer, but at least it doesn't confirm that they won't be showing it directly afterwards...

Hey all :)

Because I am certifiably insane I've decided to begin a fandom newsletter for we West Wing fen, along the same lines as su_herald and daily_snitch, which basically lists the weeks activities in fandom - fic, news, discussion, meta, annoucements of fandom-based things like ficathons, etc etc.

I have been in at least two fandoms with this kind of resource, found it very useful and wondered why The West Wing doesn't have such a thing. I hope that you guys will have a similar experience with this new newsletter.

Does anybody happen to know what song it is that More4 are using on their Season 6 trailer?
It fits with the pace of the clips perfectly and I'd really like to hear the whole thing.

Hi my name is Lu and I just discovered this journal and I am so happy that I did. I am a huge West Wing fan but can't really remember when I got into it. I suppose I always have been.

I have season 1 and 2 on video and season's 3-6 on DVD. And I can't stop watching them. Josh and Donna are my favourites, even thoguh I love everyone else. They all are fantastic people on a fantatsic show. I just wish that terestrial tv over here would show the seasons instead of being two or three seasons behind. C4 are still on season four, don't think we ever saw the end of it. I klnow More4 are showing season 6 which is great i just wish C4 would do the same.

Okay maybe I have rambled too much now, but just wanted to say hi.

Now that season six is out on DVD, I figured I'd see if anyone was interested in getting season seven episodes. I have episodes 1,2,4,5 and 6 on my computer, all of which I would be more than happy to burn onto cd and send (via snail mail) to anyone who is having problems getting it through other methods. I'm assuming it would cost about 5 pounds maybe, for shipping and cds, but I'll figure out exact costs if anyone's interested. I should also be getting both versions of tonight's live episode by Tuesday. Let me know if you're interested.
