All purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, refund transactions, and related financial operations on our behalf.
2. Free Trial — Try Before You Buy
We also provide a free, unlimited trial of every plugin — no account required, no time limit. Trial versions include the full feature set and full sound quality. The only limitation is a brief periodic silence (2 seconds every 40 seconds) that prevents production use while letting you fully evaluate the plugin.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, for any reason. No justification is required.
This 30-day refund window applies to all UB DSP products purchased through Paddle.
4. How to Request a Refund
You have two options:
Option A: Contact Us Directly
Use our contact page and include:
- Your name and email address associated with your UB DSP account.
- Your order number or Paddle receipt number.
- The product concerned.
Option B: Through Paddle
Since Paddle is the Merchant of Record, you can also contact Paddle directly using the receipt or order confirmation email you received at the time of purchase.
5. Refund Process
5.1 Processing
Refunds are processed by Paddle and issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
5.2 Processing Time
Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
5.3 Confirmation
You will receive a refund confirmation email from Paddle once the refund has been initiated.
6. After a Refund
Once a refund is processed:
- License deactivation: Your license for the refunded product will be deactivated. You will no longer be entitled to use the paid version of the plugin.
- License file: Your
.ubkeyfilelicense file should be deleted from your system. - Free trial: You are welcome to continue using the free trial version of the plugin after a refund.
- Account: Your UB DSP account will remain active. Only the license for the refunded product is affected.
7. Refunds After 30 Days
Refund requests received after the 30-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We may grant a late refund in exceptional circumstances, such as a significant technical issue that we are unable to resolve.
8. EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you benefit from the 30-day money-back guarantee described above, which exceeds the standard 14-day withdrawal period under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU).
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
