I will always remember her. Whenever she sought me out and asked to be alone, an atmosphere of absolute intimacy completely enveloped us. I felt I could tell her anything: my feelings about the past, the nostalgia that washed over me, or even talk about forbidden topics and strange, dark fantasies. She was never upset; our mutual trust was absolute. Being alone with her was like opening a book, discovering a portal hidden from everyone else, and disappearing together behind it. I was never afraid of her. In reality, she was a pretty laid-back woman, but being close to her deeply aroused me because of the firm, sensual way she looked at me, and the things she dared to say that any other woman normally never would.
