[As @thecreaturechronicle pointed out in his grimlock conversion, grimlocks are (or at least were) canon in Pathfinder’s Golarion setting, but have been much neglected as of late. That’s a shame.]
Grimlock CR 1 CE Monstrous Humanoid This muscular humanoid has mottled, stony skin, oversized ears and smooth skin where its eyes should be.
Grimlocks are violent marauders native to the deep places of the world. They may come to the surface on raids to collect treasure and food—screaming meat is their favorite. Grimlocks are completely blind and rely on their ears and nose to perceive the world. As such, grimlock technology is much more functional than decorative, and grimlock art is limited to music (the more raucous, the better) and ritual scarification.
Among their own kind, grimlocks are social beings with a strong dominance hierarchy based on might. Fights between grimlocks are common to establish pecking order, but rarely result in lethal violence. Grimlocks are easily impressed by magic but have little talent for it—those that achieve some magical means are well respected in grimlock society. More intelligent and magical beings frequently exploit this awe, and grimlocks can be found as vassals or slaves from other underground races ranging from derro and drow to the strange seugathi and aboleths.
Grimlocks advance by character class, with fighters, rangers and barbarians being the most common among them. Grimlock spellcasters are frequently clerics of a demon lord or Great Old One, but grimlocks with levels in psychic are not unheard of.
Managed to finish this before the new year thankfully. Lots of stuff going on at work again and next year is going to be even more busy than this year.
Pretty happy with how this came out. Its close to what I envisioned in my head which is rare. Thought the clouds would be the hardest part but actually the snakes on the frame were what really kicked my butt.

Template: Mycolyte
Some who live in the woods don’t simply enjoy nature as part of their surroundings, but might want to take part in it in a much more literal way. Any who embrace and accept the limitless decay of moulds and fungi that grow on trees may find it can grow on them, too. Their acceptance of the natural cycle of death and life spreads the spores of their philosphy and physical affliction wider - and some believe they are all the more peaceful for it.
This template can be used on any creature of your choice if you want to introduce a fearsome, natural terror or a wise creature of immortal age, always rotting but never dying. It will introduce some deadly powers in your creatures, though, so be wary of any fungal powers that may overwhelm your group!
Do you like this template? I have a few more ideas for other ones, so let me know in the replies of this post or send me an ask and I’ll work on a few more!

Creature: Rat King
The town had been robbed of food and stores for weeks, leaving the people hungry and restless. Cattle was stolen, disappeared, and every night, hooded intruders broke into shops, the tavern, and grain silos - taking what they could carry and disappearing into the night, leaving few tracks and fewer clues.
Cruel royalty. Rat kings are monstrous almalgamations that only barely resemble rats, growing extra heads, dirty, scruffy fur and an insatiable hunger. The process of a rat king's creation remains uncertain, but it is probably a mutation that forces them to keep consuming food until their bodies grow fat, deformed and hulking. Rat kings are often the most dominant creatures within a rat nest, and their presence requires other rats and rat-adjecent creatures to constantly bring them food, stealing from the local populace that is unfortunate enough to live near a rat king's nest.
Ferocious feeders. Rat kings create their nest and home base somewhere dark and damp, preferring no natural light at all. There, it feeds and grows and continues feeding and growing until it outgrows the nest's entrance and cannot leave any longer. It forces other rats to fetch it more food, continuing the endless cycle of consumption and destruction until there is no more food left to gather. At that point, its rat subjects have two options: rebel against the merciless being they have created, or become its next meal.
Friends and companions. Rat kings prefer the companionship of other rats, and swarms of rats, giant rats, and wererats are most commonly found in their presence. Beasts that are larger than rats may be kept as cattle or fed to the rat king, and these creatures tend to avoid humanoids. Rat kings that employ wererats may attempt to have their shapechanging subjects convert an entire town into wererats.
The rat king miniature is the rataclysm from Steamforged Games' "Rat King of Gullet Cove", which I used for a oneshot I ran yesterday. I rewrote the rataclysm's stat block because it was too powerful, ending up with the rat king. I hope you enjoy this monstrous rat!
