I know about THAT feeling when manifesting, feeling fulfilled and fulfillment. I've felt it at times, but its more cooled down and not as exciting.. I dont feel any doubt or uneasiness, I kinda get bored of it.. or of affirming?

Any tips or advice?

hiii!! i'm so ashamed that i'm replying so late. i'm sorry!! the feeling of a fulfilled desire is not necessary for a successful manifestation, as are happiness, delight, euphoria and any other positive feelings or emotions one of your decisions is more than enough, and the rest is up to you i hope i understood your question correctly so you can try to hold on to that feeling and let yourself relax. let the manifestation not be a burden to you. if you're tired of affirming, just don't do it. you already have everything you want for me, this feeling of fulfillment comes and goes on its own. but if i wanted to feel it right now, i would probably imagine the desired scenarios in detail or look at the moodboards or i would have decided that i always felt fulfilled and would have been persistent in my new assumption although i wouldn't do that because it's not necessary, so why bother?

hiii!! sorry for being so late. i hope you see my reply!! first of all, you need to stop thinking and saying that you have problems with your family. decide that everything is fine and persist in this assumption there are many methods of manifestation, but i prefer a mental diet. but i remind you that you can do without it you can continue to express your emotions, but try to control your thoughts. be angry, but tell yourself that everything is fine. cry, but change your negative thoughts into positive ones you can even express your emotions, curse the world, and then, when you calm down, decide that it didn't happen and think in your favor

I just experienced the weirdest things ever regarding sleep paralysis and dreams, this might be long but lmk if you know what all this was.

ok so I woke up at 12pm and intended to wake up at 2pm and went back to sleep. when I opened my eyes I was frozen but it was weird. I could move my body in a sense but my physical body wouldn't move at all. I was wiggling my fingers but my physical body would stay the same. a lot happened and there was a person there, a mask maker that just chatted with me and put like a Halloween mask on me.

when he had left to get something my action figures on my shelf started moving and my books started flying.

I then woke up again and I got up and soon as I blinked I was back in the position I fell asleep in. Every time I'd blink something would happen. I'd teleport back to my bed or I'd spawn something.

and then I finally woke up and I woke up at 2pm. I feel like I have somewhat of a better understanding of awareness for some reason. but that's all.

hiii! i think there's a lack of context in the context of the void state, i would understand it as simply relaxing and focusing on your breath, the darkness behind your eyelids, or the beating of your heart. i wouldn't think about anything in particular, but i wouldn't force myself not to think. if i notice that i'm distracted, i would return my attention to my breathing, for example, without worrying about thinking too much about other things but this is not the only way to enter the void!! in general, i understand it as being aware of what i'm doing right now or observing what's happening in the present moment. this post goes into more detail about it "why dont you try to be present and aware of whatever you are doing once in a while because most of the time, "you" are just thinking about the past or stressing about the future. be present" "just know he means be completely aware on (for example) washing the dishes instead of being aware of thoughts and other nonsense while you are washing" "theres no reason to stop or argue with the mind and its thoughts and opinions. just observe them. remember: none of that is ever really happening; you are just observing consciousness (everything is consciousness / imagination). you are staring at yourself so theres no harm in that" "i observe my breathing and quiet the mind and thoughts and observe. if thoughts dont stop coming, i wouldnt fight it because they are just unreal. they are harmless. i just observe the thoughts"

time, thoughts & meditation

⭐️part six of the understanding consciousness & non dualism series

we know nothing is real and everything is imagination. all this is just an illusion bc its forms of consciousness (forms of you) that appear separate and have different labels but all they are is just consciousness.

1. time

time is an imaginary concept; it is unreal. time is not real. yes ego sees time and the clock as real just bc its "physical" but we already know nothing is real period. time is imaginary. when you imagine something, you experienced it instantly. theres no amount of time that will make you experience what you want. the moment you imagine / observe something, it exists instantly. theres no need for waiting. theres no such thing as a "time delay" bc time is imaginary. you are consciousness. you are not "powerful"... you are power itself. if you are going to limit yourself to an imaginary concept such as "time," then you have not realized your true nature (dont worry you will get there *wink).

there is no "past" or "future" bc there is only now. when you imagine something, you imagine it in the present, in the now. when "you" remember a memory of the past, you are doing that in the present, in the now. when "you" stress and imagine something that "you" expect to happen in the future, you imagine it in the now. every "second" is the now. there is only present, no past, no future. "past" and "future" are imaginary, unreal concepts.

2. thoughts

thoughts are from the ego and we already know from last post that ego is not real and that ego will make you think that you need to do something else after you already observed something in imagination. ego makes it harder to understand that everything is imagination. doesnt matter if ego understands or not bc either way, you are only consciousness and so is everything else.

even though thoughts and emotions arent real, your false self can still have doubts and feelings of discouragement which is normal. my advice is that when you become aware of thoughts and bad emotions, remember that you are consciousness; you are everything; you are power itself. stop and realize that you are just the observer (= consciousness / awareness) and those thoughts and feelings are never going to be real. as the observer, just observe the thoughts and feelings come and go. consciousness doesnt have opinions; consciousness doesnt categorize things as "right" or "wrong" or "up" or "down" or "green" or "purple". consciousness is neutral. ego is what categorizes things as "good" and "bad" bc ego is "logical" (which is also unreal). since you are neutral consciousness, observe the thoughts pass without judgement.

just be silent and observe. thats your true being. thats awareness. take a step back and remember ego is not the real you; those thoughts arent real and they are coming from (another unreal thing), the mind. thoughts come from the mind / ego as we already know is unreal and imaginary. so they are basically useless. they are just there for entertainment. nothing serious. part of understanding non dualism is realizing that bc none of this is real, we cannot take anything seriously bc this is all just a game that we create. step back and remember that consciousness is all you will ever be. calmly and silently observe the unreal thoughts and emotions. there is no need to fight or stop unreal things right? consciousness doesnt see those thoughts as "bad" or "annoying". they just are. step back and observe in silence.

3. meditation

when you think of meditation you may think of sitting on a mat in a calm yoga sitting position while listening to silence. in reality, meditation is just consciousness. consciousness is naturally meditation bc, as said before, consciousness is already, naturally calm and neutral w no opinions or judgements. when i tell you to mediate. you are already doing it, you already are it. effortlessly. but ego tells you otherwise and ego presents "messy thoughts" and while you werent aware of your true nature (consciousness), you take the thoughts seriously when they tell you "this is the right way to meditate" etc bc you think you are the body that is actually thinking these thoughts.

challenge (?):

we are naturally the observer. remember when i told you to sit back and observe the thoughts that ego sees as negative? why dont you try to be present and aware of whatever you are doing once in a while bc most of the time, "you" are just thinking about the past or stressing about the future. be present instead.

the video said "put 1000 focus" and "attention"... just know he means be completely aware on (for example) washing the dishes instead of being aware of thoughts and other nonsense while you are washing.

be your natural, meditation self and next time you look out the window, just silently observe the trees. observe the leaves and its stems and the lines and the green color. observe the texture of the bark without judgment. theres no reason to stop or argue with the mind and its thoughts and opinions. just observe them. remember: none of that is ever really happening; you are just observing consciousness (everything is consciousness / imagination). you are staring at yourself so theres no harm in that. stare at "your" hand and silently observe the lines and color. i like to stare at something in my room or close my eyes and silently observe the rain sounds outside in silence. its peaceful and thats pure awareness. if im walking on the street, i observe the people talking while observing the cars honking while observing the way the trees move from the wind while observing how "my" legs move while "i" walk on the street.

i observe my breathing and quiet the mind and thoughts and observe. if thoughts dont stop coming, i wouldnt fight it bc they are just unreal. they are harmless. i just observe the thoughts. with or without thoughts, i am always the observer. i observe what i want. silently observe. with the challenge as said: observe / be aware of the things happening in the present. dont get swept up by the unreal mind and unreal thoughts. calm, stress-less, limitless, silent, neutral, peaceful. thats awareness. thats you.

— hiii!! i hope i understood your question correctly. if not, please let me know! probably the only visualization advice i can give is to visualize more. yes, it's obvious, but it really works. i've never considered myself a master of visualization, but the more i practiced it, the better i got visualizing what is around you in the current reality is a problem only because you have decided so. just relax and keep visualizing your desired reality. literally nothing can stop you from shifting. if i decide that i am in my desired reality, then it is so, regardless of what i feel or think. i advise you to do the same on the same day you asked this question, my friend sent me a post. "i never know if im visualising correctly lol and i can't care less if it works it works you know, so what i do is now i have told myself i am in my chosen reality, if i think of something from this reality, it doesn't matter as i am in my chosen reality"

my lazy version of my shifting method.

I am unsure if i’ve posted my shifting method before, and if I have it most likely has changed since then. Of course a method isn’t necessary, and this is probably like every other method you see too.

I honestly do this when I literally am to tired but wanna shift 😭

step one - just like every method get comfortable, personally I also can’t sleep anymore without some sort of like ambience so I listen to this deep sleep hypnosis type thing, and to be honest it does help me, so I make sure all the tools I need to sleep in general I have, such like my snoopy teddy.

step two - breathing, just breathe, allow yourself to think, thinking is NORMAL!! don’t let it frustrate you, your intention is to shift after all and you can and will still be able to shift even if your thinking about an event that happened when you were five.

step three - for me this is where the shift really begins, usually if i wanna go full out i will count to 100, but i don’t have effort for that usually, so I tell myself by the time I have counted to 10, 20 or even 30. It’s usually 10, I have shifted no matter what. In all my methods, I won't force myself or push myself to do stuff, as I feel like that defeats the purpose for me methods are all about relaxing and assuming.

step four - this is sort of where I "visualise" and affirm, for me I never know if im visualising correctly LOL and I can't care less if it works it works you know, so what I do is now I have told myself I am in my chosen reality, if I think of something from this reality, it doesn't matter as I am in my chosen reality - sort of like if you think of your chosen reality here you know, it is the same to me. So what I start to do, is just think, think about where I am, what I will be doing that week or day, events happening, like if I am shifting to my fame dr I think about the fact im going on my first ever tour soon and I am currently preparing for that and so on, this to me doesn't need to be extreme, it can be a simple "oh, and I'm doing this.."

I will simply do this until I fall asleep or shift either way you know, I can't with forcing myself anymore, or frustrations. If I think about this reality, so what? I know my intention, I know where my assumption lays, I think about my drs constantly in this reality and I will most likely in my other realities. I also work a lot with my assumptions through out the day, if I say I am a master shifter I am, if I tell myself I can shift when I want wherever I want I can. I don't want to limit myself either so if I am unsure where to shift to I just do universal assumptions like the two I put previous.

anyways, happy shifting to all of you and happy pride months my lovelies - I know its 5 days late but its been one hell of a week ;-;.

(p.s. my goal is to try and post much more now this summer - I finished my last exam today so I have so much free time now, unless I do get hired for a job.)

hiii! <3 yes, it's possible. just decide that it's april, and be persistent in this assumption. here is more information. however, even though i recommend a mental diet, it is not the only way to manifest. you can go back in time even by reacting to 3d. make sure to read this post looking ahead, i will say that you may come across the opinion that you will not return to the past, but will be shifted to another reality. it depends on your assumptions. if you decide that you want to go back in time in this reality, then that's what will happen. the truth will only become what you decide

How to use a nap to shift, enter the Void state, or have an OBE

Naps are one of the most powerful underrated tools for consciousness work. If you’ve ever struggled to shift, enter the Void, or astral project at night ,naps might be exactly what your system needs. Here's how to make them work for you.

Before you nap:

1. Keep a soft light on if you can tolerate it. Full darkness may send you into too deep of a sleep phase. Light helps you stay closer to conscious awareness.

2. Drink a little water before your nap. This helps lightly activate your system, and might cause a natural micro-awakening (which you want).

3. Set the intention for micro-awakenings.

A simple sentence like:

"I will gently wake up a few times during this nap without stress, and I'll use those moments wisely."

No pressure, no obsession. Just a gentle mental imprint.

4. Optimal nap time: 20 minutes minimum, 30–90 minutes is often ideal.

Longer naps tend to produce more REM, which means more micro-awakenings and chances for altered states at the end of the nap.

WHY NAPS WORK SO WELL:

You have more frequent micro-awakenings during naps than during full-night sleep cycles.

Why is that helpful?

Because micro-awakenings are literal gateways into:

  • Astral projection (OBE)
  • The Void state
  • Shifting into your Desired Reality

They are moments where you're partially disconnected from your body, but not fully lost in unconsciousness, perfect for transitions.

WHAT TO LISTEN TO (Optional):

Only use sound if you're used to it or if silence feels too intense. Some helpful audio options:

  • Delta Waves (1–4 Hz) → Best for Void / OBE access.
  • Theta Waves (4–7 Hz) → For shifting & deep subconscious connection
  • Soft ambient tracks that remind you of your DR

For exemple these kind of video

Silence → totally valid and often better for Void or advanced states

Avoid anything too stimulating or complex (like busy subliminals). A nap should feel like a dream, not a task.

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU WAKE UP MID-NAP:

If you wake up for a second or two,don’t move. That’s a micro-awakening. This is your golden opportunity.

Now choose your pathway:

To astral project (OBE):

  • Imagine you're rolling, floating, standing, or "falling out" of your body You can also do Michael Raduga's techniques from the phase, it's very effective. .
  • Feel your non-physical body move while your real one stays still.
  • Think: “I’m separating now.”

To shift:

  • Affirm softly in your mind: “I’m already there” or “This is my DR now.”
  • Visualize a mirror, door, bed, or scene from your DR.
  • Let the feeling sink in, don’t force anything. If you're not here In 1 to 2 minutes go back to sleep and try again at the next micro awakening

To enter the Void:

  • Imagine sinking into total darkness.
  • Repeat words like “Void,” “Let go,” or I surrender.” Really simple affirmations
  • Focus on silence, emptiness, and your own presence.

Don’t try to do all three. Pick one and keep your focus gentle.

Note : It's easier to shift and enter the void via astral projection so you can make that your objective and then shift/enter the void from there.

How to raise awareness of your micro-awakening and use them to shift, manifest or enter the Void

What is a micro-awakening ?

A micro-awakening is that tiny snap-to-surface (3–30 seconds, sometimes it goes longer ) where you’re not fully awake but not fully asleep. You already have several every night. The goal isn’t to create them; it’s to notice them and use one on purpose to shift, manifest, enter the Void or any other desired state. For exemple during the night you're cold, you take your blanket,adjust it, then fall asleep back quickly, that's a micro awakening.

Some people have more micro-awakenings because of more frequent interruptions in sleep, which can be due to different factors, although having a lot of micro-awakenings is not ideal, in these conditions, this can provide significant advantages.

How do you use one of them ?

Stay still. Keep eyes closed. Don’t grab your phone. Don't move. Feel/think about one anchor (breath, heartbeat, the black behind your eyelids...). Recall your pre-set cue/mantra. Then either shift, manifest, or enter the void using the mini-scripts below. If you miss it's fine. Another one will come anyway and you'll have a chance to start again.

Generally while doing a MA, you're in low theta to low beta, Most often in alpha at the theta/alpha border

YOU ALREADY DO 2+ PER NIGHT AT MINIMUM

So we train your brain to tag them. You don't have to worry about "not having micro awakening".

There are usually more in the last two hours of your sleep cycle

The 8 habits that make catching a micro-awakening easier.

1) WBTB (Wake Back To Bed)

Wake after ~3.5–8 hours of sleep, depending of how much you sleep (ideally two hours before your usual wake-up time). Stay up 10–40 minutes. Dim light, minimal stimulation (no doomscrolling, try to even avoid touching your phone).Do a small activity, not too stimulating like meditation, reading your script again.... Go back to bed with a single intention: “When I have a micro awakening, I’ll stay still and shift/manifest/enter the void”

With this you will have even more micro-awakening in the last part of the night.

2) Daytime Rehearsals (the “micro-wake drill”) little awake training moment

2–4 times/day, close your eyes for 20–40 seconds and rehearse: notice breath(or any other anchors)→ say your cue → feel/imagine your target state → release. You can even do small training session for a few minutes, when you visualize yourself during a micro awakening and what you'll do at the key moment.

3) A little water

100–200 ml before returning to sleep during WBTB. Enough to nudge light arousals later, not enough to disrupt the night. (Like one glass)

4) Yoga Nidra before sleep

One session to prime yourself. Finish by planting your intention once. That’s it. You can also do it during the wbtb session; it can be even more effective, if you're not afraid of falling asleep in the middle of the session. I will give videos that are oriented towards awareness.

5) Light background sound

Pink noise / soft ambient/ delta or theta wave at low volume can keep awareness a touch closer to the surface. It's not mandatory. Keep it in a light way that doesn't disrupt your sleep too much.

For micro-awakening in my opinion, Shauman frequencies are the best.

6) Implementation intention (super important)

Write or/and repeat 3–5x before sleep:

“When I notice a micro-awakening, then I will stay still, keep eyes closed, and run my [Shift/Void/Manifest] script.”

7) Tiny light cue after WBTB

Crack the curtain or use a low, indirect lamp outside your immediate field (like a night light). We want circadian-friendly dimness, not full blown brightness (unless you're confortable with it).

8) Reality checks tuned for drowsy states

Several times/day ask: “Am I in a micro-wake or full awake?” Use a gentle RC (finger-through-palm, nose-pinch) so it shows up at night. You can also do a quick visualization, like closing your eyes and pretending to turn, roll or affirming.

Extras that'll help:

  • Consistent sleep window (your brain LOVES rhythm).
  • Cut caffeine late. Limit alcohol and weed(it fragments REM some antidepressant/psychiatric treatment do the same too so be aware of this if you're on any meditation and watch is any side effects impact sleep).
  • Keep a bedside notecard with your script in 2 lines.
  • If you tend to roll over instantly, pause for 3 breaths first.
  • Choose one anchor word or sensation (e.g., “soften”, “dissolve”, “arrive”).

How to use a micro-awakening

1) Shifting

Goal: slide straight into your DR.

Script (10–60 seconds max if after 2min you're not in your DR then fall back asleep):

Stay still → “Arrive” → feel one DR sense (texture, temperature, a specific smell) → add one emotional tone (how it feels to be there) → count down 5→0 or breathe 3 slow breaths → on the exhale let the scene envelop you. No forcing. If vibrations/falling/blankness: do nothing; let it take you and focus on your DR.

Tips:

  • Keep it primarily somatic (touch/weight/temperature) not cinematic. Unless you have it easy with visualization you can couple both of it for even more immersion.
  • If thoughts race: whisper once inside your head, “I’m already there,” and focus on breath/heartbeat/counting or anything that help you relax, then drop inner speech.

2) Manifestation

Goal: imprint the “wish-fulfilled” body-feel into the liminal window.

Script (20–30 seconds max 1min):

Stay still → recall the one outcome → feel the body sensation that proves it’s done (relief, warmth in chest, grounded belly,warmness...) → quick gratitude breath → release. You don't have to visualize the process(you can too); embody the result and you'll see what will happen.

Tips:

  • One desire per night. Clean and simple wins. Especially at the beginning you can try more as you get used to it.

3) Entering the Void

Goal: stabilize pure awareness without content, then drop.

Script:

Stay still → gaze into the black behind eyelids → soften jaw/tongue/eyes → slow exhale → silently repeat your void cue 2–3 times (“I dissolve”, “Only awareness”) → then stop repeating and let everything widen. If the field/your vision goes velvet-black, time dilates, body vanishes,stay passive. If you feel a “click,” intend your action (shift/assume) from there.

Tips:

  • If mind chatters, use a soft 100→0 or 10->0 count and let numbers fade to dark. It help some people to relax.
  • Don’t try to chase the void at all cost, The void arrives when resistance drops.

4) I want to do OBE/lucid dream

TROUBLESHOOTING

“I always move/itch.”

Treat it as a test. Relax around the urge for 10 seconds. If it spikes, scratch once, reset, and return to stillness. One clean movement is better than a minute of mental fight.

"I'm moving as i'm waking up"

Do your stuff anyways, about 20-30% of the sensation you're experimenting during a micro awakening is false.

“My heart is pounding.”

Lengthen exhale slightly (in 3, out 5). Let the thump be your anchor; lots of successful transitions happen with a fast heartbeat so don't worry too much about it.

“I forget the plan.”

Bedside card. Two-line script. That’s your lifeline in groggy land. :')

“I fully wake up.”

Okay,use the bathroom, one sip of water, back to bed. No phone, no lights.

“I get anxious.”

Remind yourself: micro-awakenings are normal. Switch that night to the Manifest path (it’s gentler) or just rest. You can also focus on your breath instead and inhale/exhale slowly.

“Nothing all week.”

Pick one lever to change: extend WBTB by 10 minutes, add a 15-minute Yoga Nidra, or tighten your bedtime. Keep the rest the same for 3 nights. Iterate, don’t overhaul. Also don't be afraid to do break, if you're really tired getting aware of micro awakening might be harder.

Final notes

  • Keep it gentle. Micro-awakening work is about catching small windows, not brute-forcing arousal all night.
  • If your sleep quality drops, scale back WBTB frequency or shorten the awake period. You can also do a break and try again later.
  • Consistency > intensity. One clean micro-wake ride is worth 20 messy attempts.
