I’m getting bothered so here’s a ton of Pokopia questions I need the fandom to figure out.
Pokémon spawning:
So all I’ve heard is that making multiple of the same habitat doesn’t increase your odds of it spawning but I can’t find an explanation on how spawning odds actually work. All I know is I got a super rare one immediately and it took me ALL GAME to get a common guy (I was living next to its spawn, I didn’t just miss it.)
What does “common, rare, and super rare” actually mean??? Like, show me the numbers! How can a fandom full of shiny hunters not deconstruct these odds???
Everything I see about how Pokopia spawning works is just saying what the game itself already says so it’s not helpful…
Traces:
My THEORY is you need at least 2 pieces of furniture/environment to be correct in order for the trace to appear, is that true?
If it is, does having more pieces correct increase the chance of a trace appearing? (Also does multiple habitats also for some reason not increase their chance of appearing?)
How long do traces appear for? (I’ve had one disappear in front of me)
Can they appear in you line of site? (I know Pokémon can)
Do you need to be a certain distance for them to appear? (I don’t THINK Pokémon do)
Dream islands:
Does EVERY island have at least one cave? One gold pokeball? One piece of human records?
Sparkling blocks and ripples
Less concerned about these but what are the odds for each potential thing you can find?
How long for them to reappear in a world?
Is there a limit you can get each time or is it purely random?
I know they can only appear in breakable natural blocks, but i don’t THINK they appear in caves? Is that true?
Pokopia question cuz I’ve missed 2 of the special events. Also all I got left to do is go to dream islands.
Is there ANY cons to time travelling in Pokopia? I know animal crossing was fine other than automatically rotting your turnips.
But I’m not only asking about game tricks, I’m cyberphobic and messing with any type of computer freaks me out a bit, can time travelling cause some glitches or confuse the game at all???
The answer is probably no, but I need people to reassure me on that😓
