How else do you think he could do combos with his soul abilities? Other than making a taser out of Perseverance strings and Justice Electrokinesis?
Flash bombs -> green and yellow
Armor -> green and orange
Rain clouds -> blue and cyan
Thunder and rain -> blue, cyan and yellow
Actual gun.-> orange, green and yellow
Sky light -> blue and yellow
Spike ball chain -> purple and orange
Fire freaking ball -> blue and orange
Illusion puppets -> purple, blue and cyan
And the list can go on with every combo as long there are imagination to spare
Keep in mind that two color combo is a bet taxing to pull while 3 color combo is more extreme to do.
Color won't be using these in early story tho but he'll be able to later.

Idk if this was asked or not but uhh…Just in theory cause I don’t know.
Since characters like Horror Sans can’t use their blasters to fight so they have to rely on being more gruesome somehow.
And if Color can’t teleport in general does that mean he has to be more open minded or calculated when he fights?
Yes he has a lot more options that makes him more mobile without relying on teleportation
Orange can make him run faster away.
Purple strings can pull him away.
Blue can make him fly away.
Green can shield him to safety.
Cyan can make him disappear until it's safe.
Yellow wouldn't give him mobility but it's a great defense until he moves away.

No he didn’t
He was one of those kids who questioned everything
Gaster told them the stories acted the part like it’s happening but sans “young killer” was too smart for his own good and immediately know it’s all fake 
Although he play dumb about it ( sometimes in mocking way ) that he believes in this stuff for gaster and papyrus sake
He was mostly like this for everything
He will play along until You show him evidence to make him believe
