Paul Alexander, the longest-known user of an iron lung following his paralysis from polio from the neck down at the age of 6, learned to paint holding a brush in his mouth. If he can do that, you can learn to draw, I promise. And making art (of any kind! drawing, writing, singing etc.) is such a key part of the human experience. You don’t have to be “good”, whatever that looks like to you. But partaking in the act of creation feels good. Promise.

Sometimes on the internet people will throw an abbreviation at you as if you’re supposed to know what it means and you’ll try to find out what it means but no matter what you do on any search engine all that comes up is some kind of dental supplies logistics company in Malaysia or something
