Since Peter recorded the civil war mission, I feel like he did so with every other missions or family outing either Morgan, pepper and Tony.

But now that Tony is dead, Morgan and peper dont remember him anymore he watches the videos back just to be able to sleep

Peter once got a build a bear from Tony which has his heartbeat in it. And ever since Tony died Peter has been sleeping with it, its the only way he can sleep since the sound of his heart stopping is haunting him. But he also fears the heartbeat in the bear will one day stop like Tony's did

Reminder that Peter Parker has enhanced senses so he probably heard both May and Tony's heart stop. The sound probably haunting him forever now.
