I think we should figure out what age weโre living in now so we can say how itโs collapsing to each other
Our age of plastics is collapsing
glad they could come to a misunderstanding
crazy to me that you always have to say "ethical non monogamy" instead of just "non monogamy" otherwise everyone thinks you're talking about cheating. from now on unless I hear people specify that they're ethically monogamous I'm going to assume they're against no fault divorce and think partners always have a right to go through each others' phones to check for flirty text messages.
you will not see any actual improvement to the rate of disordered eating in the general population until you address fatphobia and improve social and material conditions for fat people and especially fat women enough that fatness isn't a looming spectre but unfortunately the lives of young women are considered a largely acceptable cost to not have to do this
"Do you ever dream of land?" The whale asks the tuna.
"No." Says the tuna, "Do you?"
"I have never seen it." Says the whale, "but deep in my body, I remember it."
"Why do you care," says the tuna, "if you will never see it."
"There are bones in my body built to walk through the forests and the mountains." Says the whale.
"They will disappear." Says the tuna, "one day, your body will forget the forests and the mountains."
"Maybe I don't want to forget," Says the whale, "The forests were once my home."
"I have seen the forests." Whispers the salmon, almost to itself.
"Tell me what you have seen," says the whale.
"The forests spawned me." Says the salmon. "They sent me to the ocean to grow. When I am fat with the bounty of the ocean, I will bring it home."
"Why would the forests seek the bounty of the oceans?" Asks the whale. "They have bounty of their own."
"You forget," says the salmon, "That the oceans were once their home."
Last year I finally had an excuse to illustrate this simple little Tumblr story I've had bookmarked forever for class.
I hope you like it :]

this picture of a chip pan oil fire from the wikimedia cookbook is so strikingly sublime
when you save alarms for specific things but then you just keep reusing them. like sure wake me up at the chocolate milk alarm, what do i care
eternally painful that you can't socialize without people expecting you to talk. sometimes I just want to be around. like a cat

I must not fear being annoying. fearing being annoying is the mind-killer. fearing being annoying is the little death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear of being annoying. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. and when it has gone past, I will turn the inner eye to see its path. where the fear has gone there will be nothing. only being annoying will remain
