It's fun when the robot character in the sci-fi show gets cut in half because nobody working on this type of media knows anything about robotics and you never know what you're going to find inside. Green printed circuit boards? Meat and viscera, but like in a weird colour? Just a shitload of goo?

Hate sex with a robot > literally anything else. You have your hands on their wires, fingers in all the vulnerable places and they know that if there’s a little too much force, there’s nothing they can do to stop you. Wrong wire with the wrong amount of power and that’s it for them, and the thought of that makes their fans go into overdrive. Their hands (to whatever prehensile equivalent they have) are around your neck and you just know that if you make one wrong move, it’s curtains for you. Using each other for pleasure, staying gentle if only because it’s your life on the line if you don’t, knowing at any movement you could end it all and so could they. The rush of adrenaline and the heating of processors as the tension mounts and mounts.
I honestly kind of really dislike the idea of robots built specifically for sex. Like. If I'm going to fuck a robot it will be a robot that was not DESIGNED to be fucked. I want to expand a random military robot's horizons. I want to toy with a sentient AI that has never had human touch before. I want SCREENS! I want WIRES! I want SPARKS! I want OIL! I want GEARS and PISTONS!
Because computer voices are sounding more and more human, newer generations of people will be confused why robots sounded so weird back in the day….. Robot voices are disappearing, they need to be brought back! (I think that the computerized voice is so erotic too so that’d be an added bonus, I’m sure fellow robotfuckers can agree)
