MOVED.

OK I know it's been like 5 minutes since my last post, but I made up a Tumblr for the new blog! It's at http://trashinspace.tumblr.com

Appreciate the help folks, but decided on a Tumblr, but I do think tumblrs can be followed with RSS feeds if that's more your bag. I just know how interactive Tumblr seems to be and I want a place where people can interact with the re-cap writers, not necessarily just bookmark and read them.

I have however updated the idea of the blog a bit, instead of strictly trashy Sci-Fi it also includes trashy Fantasy as well as any other Fiction that qualifies as trashy enough for a re-cap/review as my boyfriend has told me the wonderous horribleness that is Magic: the Gathering books would be a treasure trove.

I fully intend to go into other forms of media aside from Star Trek, but I have so many Trek books and the actors' photos are so easy to come by that for the moment that I'll stay in that vein for now, but all other types of fiction re-caps are totally welcome!

I will be posting all the re-caps I've already done first so there will be some content.

MOVING?

So I don't know if anyone reads this thing anymore, but if you do I was considering starting this back up again. I know it's been years, but hey it might be fun! (...this is the Sci-Fi book re-cap group, remember?)

So anyway if you have any suggestions on where it's best to move this blog (as I don't frequent LJ anymore) I'd be glad to hear them. I was considering tumblr but am up for suggestions. I'd like to contribute a decent amount of content, but I'd also still like to have submissions like this site had and I know tumblr supports a submission process. So suggest away! But if nothing else I'll post the blog link here after I get the new blog up and running!

Star Trek Re-Cap #7 - Killing Time

Sorry it took me so long to do this one, guise. I've had so much to do unrelated to Star Trek (astounding, I know) including bageling and getting my art scene under way BUT during my lunch break every day I diligently read some Killing Time to, well, kill time. I know you're eager, so let's get the styrofoam boulder rolling.

Star Trek Recap #6 - Perry's Planet

Okay. This book was actually a supreme disappointment. I didn't realize you could fit that much boring into a 130 page book (though First Frontier is pretty boring so far and it's like 4 times longer).

REGARDLESS, I had to stretch some of the quotes in this book and many of them are pretty innocuous so it's a bit stretched in places.

So here's Perry's Planet.
