Speed Boost is an item that can be summoned by shamans and appears in Defilante.
It is unlocked in the Spiritual Guide skill tree (4th tier, skill on the right). While only one skill point can be put into it, a shaman is able to spawn 3 speed boosts.
When hit makes mice move horizontally (left or right) faster in the direction the mouse is facing.
