Now that Mario Kart and Tony Hawk are out, I figured it would be a good idea to start a community to share friend codes. Please feel free to join up and add your code.

So I got my new DS a couple weeks ago, and since got a bunch of my friends to buy one, too. Wow. I think i'm in love. Except for it being sliiiightly too big for my liking, I am in LOVE with it. Does anyone know why they didn't make the top screen larger? It seems like there would have been room for it. Or, why they didn't make BOTH screens touchscreen? That would have been hardcore.

At the moment i'm hooked on Super Mario Bros 3 and Mario 64. i'd love to see a 3d Zelda come out on it though, i'm talking Majora's Mask or Ocarina of Time. I can't think of much cooler then being able to just play Zelda whenever you want, wherever you are.

So, yeah. I've joined this community, it looks hawt.

Long time fan of Nintendo in general, my favorite series is of course Super Mario, but recently I have got into Zelda, This year I fell in love with Tales of Symphonia and Animal Crossing, there is so many more but I must say I am more of a portable nintendo guy myself

I'm checking out the site for Nintendo World as I type this. The store looks great. I'll be getting my gf a candy pink DS sometime before August so we can go to the store together and play all the games and stuff together. Has anyone been to the store yet/plans on going soon? I'll be there sometime in August (like I said before) and I'll post more information when I know exactly when. Also, I'll be attending Otakon and I'll have my DS with me then too.

For all you Nintendo Power junkies out there (I know you are there somewhere), the mag has undergone a major re-haul, and it looks like the inclusion of a new section dedicated to game music! Check out the link here!!

IGN has an iterview with Miyamoto, it's full of little and big leaks for possible games. In fact, right at the begining, he shows the interviewers a demo for a DS Trivia game in which the players write down their answers using the touch screen! I think if you truly are a Nintendo fan, you'll want to give it a read.

I checked one of the Japanese Nintendo DS sites, and they recently released the new colors (light blue/pink, white and black). When do you think they will be released here? Probably a year or so. right?

So at this point (as of earlier today) I have a complete American DS collection (minus ping pals). This hasn't been keeping me interested in the DS, sadly. I think (and HOPE) that when the 5000 new games come out in March (let's not forget the ones that come out in February) that more people will get the system. :O
