My 16-year-old made a variation of Sloppy Joe's today. But they weren't exactly sure how to turn this meat into the ground beef that Sloppy Joe's typically have (and I have been a vegetarian my whole life, so I had no idea). But this meat plus some sautéed onion and seasoning made it onto a hamburger bun.
Also, when I came into the kitchen, the refrigerator door was open. My teen shrugged and said "I don't know what to tell you, a lot of things were happening at once." 🤣
