our mothers would have liked us to stay young
and live in our lilly pulitzer dresses young
but we've grown up
and have experienced the wonders of haute couture
and have learned how good it feels to take advantage of a life of luxury and priviledge
but we're smart
we're cultured,
from tea time manners,
to ordering the best champange;
we know it all,
and then some;
we get into the most exclusive colleges,
score high on our sats,
and still manage to throw the best parties
with the best vodka,
in the best christian dior party dress money can buy.

so, there's no need to be exclusively anything.
we still have a place in our hearts for our lacoste polos and lilly pulitzer skirts,
but wouldn't those manolos look just a litte more appropriate with a zac posen vintage inspired dress?
