So it's my first time posting here and I have a question. What do you do to get on the scale the first time? I want to start trying to lose some weight. But I can't imagine knowing what I weigh now.

I'm getting closer to my first goal of 135. I will then take it 5 at a time to see how I look, feel, and can maintain at that weight. I hope to be at my final weight around Christmas time!
